He believes in meeting the needs of his customers and making sure they are 100% satisfied. Phil goes above and beyond what is expected of him as a salesman. I attempted to drive to the dealership from San Antonio, but was unsuccessful due to icy road conditions. A few days later, Phil arranged for a driver to deliver my new vehicle to my house in San Antonio and the transaction was flawless.
