Great Dealership I recently bought a 2014 Venza from Lithia Toyota of Abilene. This is my first Toyota vehicle. I'm convinced this is the best dealership in Abilene. I have never owned a Toyota and was intent on buying the newer Ford but had to check out a Toyota my best friend has one so I thought I would see what they had to offer The sales consultant Jay Fellers was very helpful. It was my first experience of buying a car alone He was very knowledgeable in all aspects He explained everything in a way that anyone could understand it. Very friendly not hassling like most sales personnel I have been to three other dealerships and most had to have it there way. I was not going through the dealership to finance everyone gave me a hard time on that but Lithia Toyota did not have a problem with it I guess they knew how it is to have a bank you can trust just like a dealership that is there for you not themselves. I LOVE my new Venza and I have a dealership that I will return to for my next purchase. If you go to Lithia Toyota look up JAY FELLERS he is an awesome consultant cant get any better than he is.
