Simple and honest I have 5 kids now and have been blessed beyond measure. I needed to trade in my expedition for something that would accommodate my family better. He helped me buy a Toyota sienna. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and answered all my questions. I told him what I needed and he gave me exactly what I asked for. He didn't pressure me in any way and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The buying process was very simple and in no way did I ever feel pressured to do anything. i knew what I wanted before I pulled on the lot and had done my research beforehand.
