Lots of inventory but lacking in customer service. My Husband and I came up to Lithia after hearing great things from so many people. I have driven Subarus my entire life and learned a lot from my dad and brother about how they run and how to fix them. We had high expectations especially about their customer service. But I must say, we left very disappointed with our experience with Ryan. We were supposed to work with a girl named Michelle, but then we got passed off to Ryan. He's a nice Kid and was ok in the beginning, but not overly and he didn't seem super eager to sell us a car even though we told him we were ready to buy that day. He showed us a car and let us test drive but all his questions during the ride seemed forced and he seemed annoyed that we asked so many questions. He told us that it had been a slow day, so I expected much more of an effort to be extra nice and really try to sell us on the car. The car itself had been on the lot for almost a month and hadn't been detailed so it was still pretty dirty. It also was pretty dinged up and seemed to have an issue with the ignition, so we obviously wanted them to look at that before buying. They agreed to look at it but wouldn't budge on the price at all expect to take off $150 dollars that we could use to then take it to a body shop ourselves to have them fix the scratches. They suggested that we not have them look at the ignition and then we could maybe get the price dropped, which seemed way to sketchy for us. If they are scared about what they might find wrong, I don't want to throw away money on a car that's just gonna have issues to begin with. All in all, really disappointed with their service and probably won't be back. I'd rather go somewhere where they actually care about their customers and want to sell cars. Seemed to me like they didn't want our business, so here is a customer lost for life Lithia. More

We had purchased the extended warranty but didn’t know where to start to receive a prorated portion of that cost back. We were able to call Brian and he was able to text over all the information we would need to get the processes going. Not only was he able to help , this was all done on his day off work. Providing customer service and being your personal advocate at the dealership , he wasn’t kidding. The great experiences just keep coming! More
