Annie Cook is a Rock Star! I equate car buying right up there with a root canal. Generally very unpleasant. It was something I knew I had to do because my 16year old car was telling me it was time to upgrade. After lots of research, I realized that a Subaru was in my future. I did contact several Subaru dealers but felt uncomfortable with the patronizing attitude toward a woman buying a car on her own (never thought I would be dealing with that in 2019). A dear friend referred me to Lithia (she bought her car there a couple of years ago). I contacted them and spoke with Annie. I did not feel like I was being "sold a bill of goods". I did not feel patronized. She was so helpful and caring and understood how overwhelmed I was feeling and also understood that I had done my research. She has a great sense of humor which I think is ESSENTIAL in working with the public. Nick Bocarius was also so helpful as we went over paperwork. He made it painless. I love that these people really cared about me. I am recommending them to everyone I know. There were Subaru dealers closer to where I live but no way would I recommend anywhere else! More
