They only care about your money I am writing this review in hopes that upper management takes action and so that possible clients save their money and most importantly their time.. W I am writing this review in hopes that upper management takes action and so that possible clients save their money and most importantly their time.. We brought in our car here since we had the warranty, which was NOT WORTH IT, to get our AC compressor replaced. We were given an estimate of a week since they had to order the part. After exactly two weeks of patiently waiting, I called and it turns out that the AC Compressor was sitting somewhere in a corner, and I was told more than TWICE that I would get a call back but never did. After the third week, I kept calling and was told I could go pick up the car, but an hour later, I was told that the part was non functioning and that they had to order a new part., I was totally understanding and patient, ‘till this day have been. Another week and a half passed and my husband called, and was told that the car will be left with sales group but that we can pick up after business hours no problem. When we went to pick up the car, nobody was aware that we were going to pick It up so they couldn’t give it to us. So we finally picked up two days later and as soon as I drove the car, it felt very shaky and it was making really weird hissing noises. I called sales person since they were open to let them know about this so that they didn’t think it was me. (I WANT TO EMPATHIZE that when we dropped off the car, it did NOT make any weird noise, we only took it to get the ac compressor fixed). I expressed my concerns to several service members, but their response was “We are not Nissan experts.” So we had to make an appointment with a Nissan dealership, but I don’t understand why they didn’t take it there the first place. Anywho, we now have to pay for two different issues that the car DID NOT have broken before taking it to the Lithia Subaru in Oregon City. Now we just received a call from Nissan and we were told that they have to completely replace the AC compressor, again, because it is making loud noises and apparently not put in correctly. Not to mention that when we first took the car home from Lithia Subaru, two blue caps were not even put on the ac compressor, the service members just left it out there by the engine, which could have caused even fatal damage if something would’ve exploded. One star is too much for the service we were given. Once they have your money, they don’t care about your concerns nor your car. More

Even though everyone told me how great Chris was at giving them all the info and finding what they needed for their family, I was halfway expecting the normal pushy salesman pitch because I've bought plenty of cars before and have always left with something way more expensive than I could afford but not this time! I am a fan for life! No joke, I had a car in mind so he told me everything about that car, not the other more expensive ones that I couldn't afford. I left feeling so appreciated and understood and better yet, I left with the car I've wanted for a long time and for an amazing price! He didn't try to force me into upgrading every option ect. I told him what I could comfortably afford and this inse came in under my budget! Thanks for everything! More

Great car buying experience! Our Salesperson Kiki was great. We called on a used BMW that we saw the details online but the dealership didn't have pictures posted just yet. She went the extra mile, and took pictures herself, and texted them to us even before it had gone through their Service Department check system. She then ended up working with several Sales Managers to get us the best deal possible. We did the whole transaction from another state. She was efficient, and fast. Thanks Kiki for making the deal happen! Also, Shannon was very nice in leaving us a detailed message regarding getting our Title work sent to our state. Thank You! More

Easiest buying experience ever!!!! I love Subaru’s but what I love more are Subaru dealerships, I was able to purchase a car vertically on my lunch break, KiKi FaceTimed me the car the I love Subaru’s but what I love more are Subaru dealerships, I was able to purchase a car vertically on my lunch break, KiKi FaceTimed me the car then drove to my world so I could sign and pay which took 5 minutes and even had the car dropped off in my driveway, best experience ever ????????????
