I call for an oil change appointment on Saturday I am told I don’t need one. I arrive on Saturday and am told I do need an appointment. This has happened every time. When I pulled in a woman got out of her car stating she had been in the wrong line. I tried to explain I had also been in the wrong line. Your staff served her before me. I have the lifetime oil package but I’m growing weary of the expenses. More
