She was so awesome to work with the first time that we didn’t hesitate to come back this time. She knew what we wanted, had it ready for me to drive, pointed out the features, talked to me throughout the test drive not as a salesperson but as any friend in the front seat. She knew every function of this car inside and out and could answer all of my (many) questions. It seemed seamless and Geoff was also excellent as our finance person. The entire experience was fun. I hated buying cars in the past, and dreaded dealerships. Naomi and Geoff made it so doable and not a drag. Naomi can connect with customers on an incredible level. I can’t say enough good about her. She made me feel at ease in the car, and during the whole buying process. David came out two weeks later to show me even more about the car’s capabilities and it was awesome! I had Firm appointments To see both at different dealerships. The first first place completely dropped the ball, in fact I wasn’t able to even see the truck. I then arrived at Lithia in Oregon City. It’s not the biggest most modern facility but it’s extremely tidy & efficient. Our sales rep, Braden quickly had our vehicle brought around for a test drive. After returning to the dealership Braden backed off to give me & my wife time to decide if we were interested in the purchase, we were. In just a few short minutes of talking with Braden he understood what I needed to close the deal. No double talk no shuck & jive and no shell game. Braden and his sales manager quickly agreed to my reasonable requests and minutes later we were in finance with Jeff. The paperwork went just as quick & easy as the earlier processes and before we knew it I was driving back to Kelso in my new pickup. Specifically, Braden is quite young but his demeanor is nothing but professional. Honestly, the best recommendation I can give is that I wouldn’t hesitate at all purchasing another vehicle from Braden & Lithia in the future. At nearly 60 years of age I remember the car buying process as an all day excruciating test of patience & endurance ending in a feeling of regret & remorse.
