Perfect example of why car salesmen get a bad reputation Danny asked us to write a review, so I decided it would be fair to write something honest. The interaction began positively, but took a tun for the worse at the final stages, and especially during the follow up. "My father taught me to read everything before signing." This was the message I received when following up with Danny regarding what turned out to be misleading information. We were not given an explanation of our certified status (we ended up not buying it certified like we had hoped), and also were mislead on our financing (were told multiple times it would go through our bank, Chase, which is was not). Luckily, when I followed up, I was eventually given a chance to chat with the GM and things were rectified. I was disappointed in how Danny was accusatory, condescending, and placed the blame on us. The GM's customer service was fantastic, and they made things right. I would return to this dealership, but would never work with Danny again. In the end, we got the car we wanted for a fair price, and good financing (this is why I would return to the dealership), but time and stress it took to get to the end result could have easily been avoided with transparency, honesty, and decent customer service. More
