I was impressed with Naomi B. when we first met roughly 6 months ago. I asked to test drive a 6-cyl. Subaru Outback to learn if I'd be interested in upgrading my Crosstrek to the more powerful Outback. I w months ago. I asked to test drive a 6-cyl. Subaru Outback to learn if I'd be interested in upgrading my Crosstrek to the more powerful Outback. I was interested but the est. $30K cost held me off at the time. Naomi kept my contact info and called me last Wednesday with an opportunity at $6K lower cost. We worked out a great trade and resolved a number of complications to my complete satisfaction. My final thought, I think she's awesome. I wouldn't have enjoyed the transaction as much working with anyone else in your office - and I'm sure they're all good people. I also want to Thank her for moving my rear-view mirror ornament from my Crosstrek to the Outback. I totally forgot about it. When I drove the Outback to the store that evening, there it was, hanging from the mirror. Final note, Naomi was also very efficient. 10/10 I highly recommend. I am overwhelmed by the amount of generosity these people have to offer. We kinda bumped heads at first, but these guys really did pull through. Brian is a great person and that is what makes him a great salesman. For him it is not about the commission he will make on the car, but what is important to you. He will not show you cars that you cannot afford and he will not hassle you into buying a car you do not love. Ryan who is the sales manager is a great guy as well. He can work MAGIC. I mean really. I gave him a number and that was the number he showed me for a monthly payment. He made it happen. Not to mention he came back into town from the Beach, just to sale me a car, and make sure I was satisfied. And finally, to the auctioneer like finance Manager: You read those numbers so quickly I'm almost positive you snuck some secret package into my deal... just kidding!, but seriously quick, thorough, and efficient. Picked up our new(ish) Forester today and WOW. I started the process on Wednesday over the phone with Kiki, and drove up Friday to sign the paperwork. First off, I absolutely hate car shopping. I have a disability that makes it **very** anxiety inducing to do so. There have been numerous times over the years where car buying has reduced me to panic a disability that makes it **very** anxiety inducing to do so. There have been numerous times over the years where car buying has reduced me to panic attacks and tears. After test driving the car I wanted at a different dealership, we made the trek up to Oregon City (about a 3 hour drive) to get the exact package/color I wanted. Kiki was a total blessing, and made it as smooth as having coffee with a friend. I brought my companion dog with me in order to help keep me calm, and he felt like the bell of the ball in the sales office. Everyone was so sweet to him, and Kiki gave him a chew toy Subaru to play with and take home. (which he absolutely loves). When it took a little bit longer than estimated to finish up my paperwork, Kiki was so sweet and apologetic, and kept me updated on the ETA. I've owned several cars over the years, Honda and Nissan have always been my car brands of choice. However, this was hands down the very best car buying experience I've ever had. The amount of care and attention Kiki provided me converted me to not only be a devoted Subaru buyer now, but a devoted Lithia Subaru of Oregon City customer. Thank you Kiki for being so awesome.
