I brought my car in two different times to get an issue fixed that is under warranty, and it’s still not fixed. It’s been over 2 months and the service department moves slow to communicate and get appointm fixed that is under warranty, and it’s still not fixed. The service I get is great but the communication methods to contact the dealer are horrible. I dont know where to leave a message and I don't get called back for service appointments. Once my car is there, the service and communication is wonderful but getting in to get service or finding out the cost for something needs some serious improvement. I choose to go somewhere else when possible partly because I find this part so challenging. More
