Worst customer service ever! I hate this Subaru! First time they left my car unattended with the keys in it. The second time they didn’t rotate the tires, I’m here now waiting, f I hate this Subaru! I needed a new car quickly, and Brian helped me get in a new Crosstrek in less than a week! The texting system worked amazingly well and was much appreciated given I have an odd work schedule.
