Thanks for responding, Chris. 1st, I want to thank you for listening and your concern with our rebate problems. Everything you said was TRUE! I did not want to hear we "DID NOT LOSE $ 2,500" REPEATEDLY (Bobby). She inferred that I was a liar when she refused to call Rachel (DEQ) to find out that I was telling the truth. (Cory, from Lithia, had told me the same thing (over the phone) a few days earlier. I wish I would have checked the pressure in the tires right when I left. (Sometimes the pressure doesn't show up on the dash till you've driven 1/2 mile or so). I don't think any of the tires were set right on 35lbs. Not that big of deal. I was a little bothered when I was told that I HAD to bring the car back all the way to Oregon city. Was I supposed to call emergency roadside assistance? (Les Schwab took a small nail out and all my tires were set at 35 when I left. What if we have a flat in The Dalles or Arlington or troutdale, Heppner? Thank you, Kevin
