Usually they are excellent but when I did my usual oil change, no one notified me that my headlight was burned out. I discovered it when I looked at the paperwork. I discussed the issue with manager & I r change, no one notified me that my headlight was burned out. I discovered it when I looked at the paperwork. I discussed the issue with manager & I returned a few days later to have my headlight replaced. The one in charge of my service was very apologetic and did the replacement for 75% off. I felt my concerns were addressed & I was compensated for my inconvenience! I will continue to use Lithia for my Subaru care! More
Worst experience with a dealer in my life. I took my car in because I had a CVT transmission which I didn’t know and if I had known and would’ve never bought this car. The transmission was bad after 87,000 in because I had a CVT transmission which I didn’t know and if I had known and would’ve never bought this car. The transmission was bad after 87,000 miles. When I Took my car in I had 139 miles on that tank of gas When I got my car back it said I had 269. So apparently someone decided to use my car as their personal vehicle. I had two go-bags in the back of my car and things were stolen out of one of the bags. When I called to complain, I spoke with Jody from your service department who was helping me when I brought my car in. I told her that things were stolen out of my car and her precise words were “oh you mean they were stolen out of your camo bag” I had two bags but she knew exactly what bag I had things stolen out of??? How did she know exactly what bag things were stolen out of? When I told her how upset I was she acted like this was an every day occurrence and that I shouldn’t be shocked that they put mileage on my car, use my gas and stole things for me. I realize they had to take it for a test run of course that is a mandatory requirement but not to put 130 miles on it. So I called to complain to your Manager Chris Aldworth but he didn’t call me back for two days and when he did he left a message saying basically that I was lying. And said that my bags had been moved in order for Jody to grab some grocery bags that I wanted out of my car before I left. when I originally dropped my car off. Except for my go-bags were in the far back of my vehicle which never get moved and my grocery bags were in the front on the opposite side so there’s no way she had to move my go bags to get to my grocery bag! It was a huge lie. Plus all the zippers were open. So it was obvious they had rifled through the bag. So I called Chris right back and he didn’t answer so I had to leave another message requesting that he call me back to discuss this. But of course he did not . I called that evening very upset spoke with one of your sales customer service and requested that I speak to his manager Ira. He didn’t call me back for two days and when he did call I couldn’t get to the phone in time so when I went to call him back within seconds after he called he didn’t answer the phone. And has still not called me back. I will be putting a review out there so anyone that’s going to the dealership is forewarned to make sure that everything is removed out of their car so nothing is stolen and to take pictures of the inside of the vehicle along with their mileage so they can prove if someone has been missed using their vehicle. I have warned my friends that go to Lithia Subaru of my experience and to find another dealership to work with. I’m also going to file a complete with Better Business Bureau. I want a written apology from your managers and I want things made right. I have never been treated so horribly by a company in my life and I will never buy a Subaru again because of this experience. And CVT transmissions are horrific you should stop manufacturing them. Yes it was under warranty but the warranty after replacement is only good for a year which means you know that it’s going to go bad after a year which means Subaru doesn’t stand up to their standards anymore which is sad because I used to think they are great cars I don’t anymore. My previous car was a Hyundai which lasted 13 years with literally no issues. But I had always wanted a Subaru and so when I needed a car that’s what I decided to get. However it turned out to the biggest mistake. Now I have a car that I hate I can’t replace because of the cost of vehicles at this point. Thanks for making my life even harder. I hope you’re ashamed. Doing a good job helping customers find a vehicle during the microchip shortage and global supply shortage. In all of our visits for service, this one was hands down the worst. Every other visit has been 5 stars. Two filters needed replacing (the Technician said they were in the red) and they waited until the the worst. Every other visit has been 5 stars. Two filters needed replacing (the Technician said they were in the red) and they waited until the car was done before they asked about replacing them. Totally unnecessary waste of time. Instead of the car being ready they had to take it back to the shop to replace the filters. And, they had signs posted about longer than normal wait times due to staffing. Instead of waiting on customers the staff was hanging out “shooting the xxxx”. My wife had to wait because the staff was too busy talking personal stuff. There is a time and place for this and it is not while customers are waiting. I’m not sure who she dealt with so the Service Staff is getting 3 stars each so I can submit the survey. More
Very busy shop. Drop off very crowded. Had to park in driveway and walk up to service counter. Had to wait 15 minutes to talk to service writer. Although service was done in estimated time and overall ve driveway and walk up to service counter. Had to wait 15 minutes to talk to service writer.
