I wanted to get a hitch & ball put on my Crosstrek And a new key fob. No one told me that it was two different departments (parts & service) and that I would need to allot for additional time to get the key new key fob. No one told me that it was two different departments (parts & service) and that I would need to allot for additional time to get the key fob programmed. They called to reschedule due to a staff shortage and the second appointment I just didn’t show up and no one called to see if I wanted to reschedule. After having a terrible experience with David Metzger, I just didn’t feel like hassling with service and parts anymore. I did not have them put on the hitch & ball or do the key fob. However, the oil change experience was a good one. Even though I purchased my vehicle there, I will never return to Lithia. More

This last service was a bit perplexing. My check engine light went on, contacted your service and had my choice of the first early appointments. I chose 7:30am. My service advisor explained very nicely of possible worst case scenarios and it may take 2-3 hrs. I decided to wait and it was as diagnosed and ready in 2 1/2hrs, all good. In the explanation they performed a walk about and determined it was a incorrect attached gas cap! Why if you might think it could be as simple as that would it have taken that long? I am a dream customer in my patience but kind of disappointed this time:( More

I felt that the sales associate was kind and helpful and patient. There was some frustration with middleman communication before I took delivery of the vehicle it needed some work but in the end I'm very p patient. We chose to go with Lithia to go through the Costco program, and we saved quite a bit going through them while other dealerships were well above MSRP. We worked with Brian Manning, and he was great. There were some hiccups with accessory installation, and Brian went out of his way to deliver the car to our home (an hour away) once they were added. There were some issues with the paperwork submission for our loan, but Brian stayed on top of it. More
