I do not believe there is any confusion. The service was good. We were well informed. The personal was courteous and helpful. My only comment that could be considered "as confusion" has to do with the car , not the service. Any car owner that has a car with little more than 30,000 miles and need a mejor, expensive repair to do in the car, would be disappointed with the car. On my 35 plus years of owning many cars, I had only one "lemon." A use Nissan truck. We bought the Forester new. Cheers and have a great day.
