His longtime industry knowledge was apparent in everything he did, with the way he was able to explain and answer our questions, and how he took the stress out of the entire process with humor and kindness. Superb customer service from Mike, Tobias and Nygel! We were on the hunt for an Outback Wilderness to test drive. We wanted to compare one with a 2020 Jeep Wrangler we were interested in. Luckily, Li We were on the hunt for an Outback Wilderness to test drive. We wanted to compare one with a 2020 Jeep Wrangler we were interested in. Luckily, Lithia Subaru had a very gently used 2022 model in stock. Nygel helped make us an appointment to come in for a test drive at a time convenient for us. The Wilderness we test drove was definitely superior to the Jeep - at least for us. The question now was should we wait for a new 2023 to arrive or go with this gently used Subaru certified 2022 we just test drove. After getting all our questions answered by Mike and talking it over, we decided to go with the 2022. Mike was absolutely fantastic in helping us make that decision. A crucial step was their willingness to work with us to get the price down since we were paying cash and we had to stay within a specific budget. Tobias really helped make the payment process competitive, clear and simple. And once the paperwork was done, Mike took his time to show us all the fantastic features of our new vehicle. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our purchase, and we would highly recommend Lithia to anyone looking to purchase a gently used Subaru! More

We just wanted to leave a review about the incredible employees at Subaru Lithia, who made a deep impression and impact on us and we will never forget our experiences with them! I initially didn’t really employees at Subaru Lithia, who made a deep impression and impact on us and we will never forget our experiences with them! I initially didn’t really understand the Subaru Love promise and being part of the Subaru family (unlike my husband, who has been in love with Subarus as long as I’ve known him!). But, after our experiences at Lithia Subaru, I truly am beginning to understand what it’s like to really be part of the Subaru family. I feel like we were really taken care of, and that the people who work here are truly passionate about what they do, and it just comes across and gets me excited about Subarus so much! David Meltzer, who sat down with us to tell us everything we need to know about our new car, was awesome, and we truly appreciate his expertise and knowledge of Subarus. Also, we started the search for our car during one of the hardest times to buy a car, when the market was incredibly high and so many dealerships were adding thousands of dollars to the MSRP of their vehicles. We even read an email message from the Subaru President asking dealerships not to price gouge. Lithia Subaru did not do this, which was amazing and shows that they truly care about their customers. When we had to stay late during the process to buy the car, we were driven back to our home by Matthew. In fact, Matthew, who helped us with buying our car, was amazing. You can truly sense his excitement and passion for Subarus, and he is also just a wonderful and really interesting person and made a huge impression on us. Months after we bought our car, we still talk about how much fun and how interesting it was to talk with Matthew about everything, including Subarus, and how helpful and passionate he was about these great cars. We’ve truly feel like we are part of the Subaru family, and it makes me feel safe and taken care of and excited, so I am truly grateful that we chose Lithia Subaru as our forever Subaru home! More

Drove 90 minutes for an appointment for a test drive with Brian Manning after repeated assurances the car was available. Brian was not there for the appointment. After waiting 30 minutes while they looked for the car I was informed the car was being used as a loaner. There was no offer to drive anything else or any concern about the inconvenience. Russell Brown said he would be in touch first thing Monday but I was never contacted. Give your business to a dealer whose staff have some basic courtesy and a better ability to keep track of their cars. More
