Why make an appointment for a simple oil change and wait well over an hour while the entire waiting area clears out. I am only notified the car was done when I asked. It is a grand feeling to be treated warmly as if we are family members when checking in at the service desk at Lithia, Oregon City. And in past visits, we have been chauffered home, then back to the servic family members when checking in at the service desk at Lithia, Oregon City. Service personnel always seek us, personally, in the waiting areas when we lay over during service ... We're not just a name blaring from a PA system's loudspeaker; we are valued customers!
