I have normally receive excellent customer service from Lithia Subaru but this last time (last week) there was room for improvement! I went in for a check engine light issue and an oil change. After waiting 2 hours which is how long I was told the spot would be the could fine nothing wrong but believed my engine warning was triggered by limited driving. I was then told the oil change would be 30 min. I tried texting my service advisor as I was instructed to do if I had any concerns with no response after I hadn’t heard anything 1.5 hrs later. In approx 30 min later I am informed my rear brake pads are below minimum of where they need to be and am told it will be another 2 hrs. They made arrangements for a ride home at this point and 4.5 hrs later my car was ready. I had someone coming to my home and I left a message to this effect that I needed to be back by a specific time with no call back. So in summary ETA of work could have been improved as well as communication! More
Rachel is great, some service is good. But the audio/phone has never worked right. Five years later, Lithia still tells me it's a Subaru problem and a software update will make things wors But the audio/phone has never worked right. Five years later, Lithia still tells me it's a Subaru problem and a software update will make things worse. I come in for recommended service but little else (i.e. new tires purchased elsewhere). Wish you would take responsibility for the entire vehicle such as the software. More

I had to look for the person to wait on me and I told him things that I’ve had trouble with but he didn’t seem to care they did service my car very fast I wish that they would do what they used to do was wal things that I’ve had trouble with but he didn’t seem to care they did service my car very fast I wish that they would do what they used to do was walk up to the person and tell them that the car is ready ,instead of yelling at them from the door instead of walking in More
My experience at buying a new Subaru Crosstrek at Lithia Subaru of Oregon city was generally very good. However when all the papers were signed and dated and I was ready to drive away there was no gas in my Subaru of Oregon city was generally very good. However when all the papers were signed and dated and I was ready to drive away there was no gas in my new car. Also the floor mats were not in place and the plastic was not pulled off of the LCD display. Little things like that prevents me from giving it a five star rating otherwise it was a very positive experience. They apologized and said that they had new lot personnel that still in training. More
The people at Lithia are always friendly and very respectful. The service is excellent and very expeditious. I had a question about my car weeks after and the service manager responded to my text w respectful. The service is excellent and very expeditious. I had a question about my car weeks after and the service manager responded to my text within a day and help resolve my issue…I really appreciate his help as I now live 300 miles away. I would recommend Lithia to anyone. More
