I like how I was able to get in and not have to wait forever. One complaint I have is I asked to have my tires rotated it was recommended by the dealer but they did NOT do that. My oil light came on unexpectedly during a road trip. I stopped in and used the express lane to get it checked. They found that I had a brake light out and needed some other replacements. Originally, I was told it would be about an hour and a half, but 40 minutes later they said that my car was ready. Great service, clean facility, and nice people. Would definitely recommend. More
I have been going to Subaru Oregon city for like 8 years. Between Denise and trish I am always taken care of. They both are fabulous with coordinating between all departments based on my needs. Called ahead and made an appt for a leak from my lights up top between driver and passenger seat and down on the floorboard of passenger side front. Asked for a loaner as i have a toddler. Got there showed up top between driver and passenger seat and down on the floorboard of passenger side front. Asked for a loaner as i have a toddler. Got there showed where it was leaking and where was wet and leaking. Waited a half hour for a loaner car to get cleaned as it wasn't mentioned in our appt that we needed one and there were none ready and available. Got a call a few hours later that it was fixed and ready to go. I asked to make sure there were no leaks and everything was thoroughly checked. They confirmed. Went home and on the paper work it only said floorboard was checked. Nothing about the head unit up top where the water was running out of. A week later I left the house and eater started running out up top again only where the passenger side eyesight camera is. NOT impressed. I drive a brand new 2022 ascent. They didn't bother to check the area where I said water was coming from. Called again and no apology. Taking my car somewhere else as I am extremely upset. More
The buying experience exceeded my expectation. James checked in with me, when the car was ordered, gave me an estimated date of delivery, checked in with me if I had questions while waiting for the car, introduced me to other team members, set me up for a class, showed me the important features about my car, programmed my phone, programmed safety features, answered all my questions! Amazing experience. Trish James associate was also amazing, also answering my questions, typed papers. James introduced me to several other associates, repair, Custumer service and manager to sign papers. Signing papers was smooth, ready printed, correct, scanned and emailed to me by the end of the day. My experience was amazing, especially I did not have to negotiate, do a trade in. All my needs were met, including offered water or to sit comfortably while waiting for paperwork. James always responds to my questions, immediately . I have never had such a seamless, stress free experience in buying a car! I recommend James and Trish to everyone that wants to buy a Subaru! I still can’t believe how easy was to buy my car, this time around. To date, Subaru ( Lithia) beat and was beyond my experience, expectation, and satisfaction when I bought my car last time at Toyota. My last service was great. They replaced my windshield wipers and scraped the window with a razor blade to remone the pitch spots. Also performed oil change and inspection.
