I will never go anywhere else. The customer service is fantastic and I never feel like I’m pushed into things I don’t want or need. The customer service is fantastic and I never feel like I’m pushed into things I don’t want or need. More
Unfortunately, this place has gone down hill since Tony left. Cory, the new manager, was disappointing to work with and this place has turned into a predatory car shop. Single women beware. I’ll go into de left. Cory, the new manager, was disappointing to work with and this place has turned into a predatory car shop. Single women beware. I’ll go into detail below. I brought in my car for trade after filling out the Kelly Blue Book estimate online. KBB gave me a 28,900 estimation. Cory tried to offer me $23,000 for my trade. I immediately refused. His salesperson came back 10 minutes later with the KBB offer of $28,900. At that point I was annoyed that they even tried to essentially steal $6000 from me. But that’s not where the shadiness stopped. I shopped around on their website before coming in. Online, the car I was looking at was listed as a certified pre-owned vehicle for around $25,900. Online, it said “Price: $25,900”. When I was there in person, they said the car was originally $30,300 and they discounted $4400, making it 25,900. Additionally, they added a $495 charge to CERTIFY THE VEHICLE. A car that was ALREADY listed as certified pre-owned. When I left, I told them that I was annoyed that they essentially tried to take $6000 from me AND that they were trying to tell me the car’s “original price” was $30,300, when online the listing price was $25,900. He said that the online price was “actually the discounted price”. That’s such a shady way to run a business. Feel free to look at the verbiage they use on the website yourself. I ended up taking my car to CarMax and I got $30,900 cash for my car. I’ll be taking that money elsewhere to make my next vehicle purchase. In the past, I would have recommended Lithia Subaru, but I’d advise to stay far far away from this place. I’ve already told previous customers about this, and they have no interest in going back to this dealership. It’s really unfortunate. This place used to be a trustworthy place to get a vehicle, but it’s simply not anymore. More
Kyle was beyond wonderful and had an answer for every question. When ‘making’ my new Forester he’d simply ask if I wanted the next thing on the list and when I said no he just went to the next item. Neve question. When ‘making’ my new Forester he’d simply ask if I wanted the next thing on the list and when I said no he just went to the next item. Never pushed (I absolutely can’t stand pushy sales reps). When I told him this was my 50th birthday present to myself and I wanted a big red bow…he did just that!! Everyone else I talked to were just as friendly and nice! GREAT JOB!!! More
