I've had great experience with the Lithia service department with my 06 Forester. This was my first experience with the sales department as we purchased a new 2013 Crosstrek. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealership. They were very acommodating, polite & positive. Our salesman David M. was very helpful and Shaun in finance was amazing with getting us the numbers we were hoping to see. Over all, very satisfied with the service we received. After visiting over 5 dealerships in the Portland area and another Subarau dealer (arrogant liers on Canyon Rd), getting the run around and lies about the trade-in car, LITHIA Subarau was a breath of fres and another Subarau dealer (arrogant liers on Canyon Rd), getting the run around and lies about the trade-in car, LITHIA Subarau was a breath of fresh air! The gentlemen were all pleasant, knowledgable and courteous. They took time to answer our questions, let us have time to discuss things and no high pressure sales! We came in with what we could afford and told them so. They worked the numbers and looked for best rates to get to that level. Did not try and sell us a different car either. Guy was a pleasure to work with, honest and enjoyed talking to him. I would buy another car from them in a minute! More
fantastic buying experience. Had been to other dealers on PDX area looking for new car but was turned off by the other dealers "salesy" approach. Not only did I have a good experience test driving cars, but also sitting down, identifying my needs, and finding the best type of car for my situation. This experience made me feel comfortable and confident in purchasing a car with Scott and with this dealership. The prices felt reasonable and I will be recommending him to friends and family. Dave was great to work with on the purchase of our new Forrester. He's knowledgeable about the products he's selling and was upfront about everything; no pressure sales. This was our most uniquely pleasant vehicle purchasing experience ever! ( We are "seniors", and thus qualified to assert that we are "experienced!) The sales staff from the manager to the personal sales representative were all extremely courteous, polite, patient and knowledgeable. At no time did we feel we were being "pressed" or coerced. They listened to our concerns, addressed each with attention to detail, and facilitated complete resolution of those issues. In essence, we were "handled with kid gloves"! No one ever tried to ask probing personal questions to "assess" our financial resources, such as questions regarding our pre-retirement professions. Again: they listened attentively, bargained fairly, and resolved questions! Their organization is well polished and efficient. I anticipate the same from their service department.
