He was very open and honest about the Tribeca we wanted, and the cost to us. He made sure we received a good deal on our trade-in, and had very timely responses to all my email questions. I am already planning my next purchase from David for my son! This is the third car we have purchased from this dealership and the second car from DK Killion. The last two times from DK have been great experiences because of the total dedication of the agency dealership and the second car from DK Killion. The last two times from DK have been great experiences because of the total dedication of the agency and this Sales associates to customer service and honest dealings. He found us the right car and walked us thru the process taking care to cover all the details above and beyond our expectations. He even detailed our car himself on a holiday as the service department was closed. We showed up without an appointment and were still helped promptly and the service with DK and the Finance person Rick Norwood was friendly yet very professional. We will be back for number 4 car in the future. More
Working with DK was easy and fun. He made the whole experience of car shopping entertaining and honest (which doesn't always happen). The best new car purchase we've ever had. RJ was amazing not pushy & very helpful. We visited this dealership multiple times before we committed to our purchase. There was never any pressure put on us to make a purchase on our visits. We made two visits before we even would commit to a test drive. When we showed up out of the blue one day ready to test drive RJ was busy with another customer so Kelly took us for our test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the Forester and very friendly. We throughly enjoyed our test drive with with him and learned a lot about the foresters features. Upon returning from our test drive RJ had finished up with his customer and answered any remaining questions we had. We stated we weren't quite ready to purchas quite yet and there was no pressure. We left thought about it for about a week and decide that the forester was the vehicle we truly wanted. We called RJ and we went in to try and make the purchase. Usually a long drawn out process thats about as enjoyable as a root canal. Usually you get the salesperson and then his manager and then some other guy who cries "were not making any money on this deal" but not here. RJ did the whole negotiation. We told them what we wanted for our trade. They checked out or car we disgussed figures RJ took the figures to the office came back we jockeyed a few minutes he went back with our figures and returned with the deal we had extended. A few minutes later we were in with Rick Norwood the finance guy. Finance is where they they usually to hard sell those extended warrenties and tell you how you just can't live without them and andfrom there they mov onto undercoating or scotguard on whatever else they can come up with. ( once we were purchasing a car and tge finance guy had added all those little extras in band said I know you're goingvto want these so I've already added them in!!) Here was no high pressure sales in finance either. It was quick and painless. This was the best car buying experience ever. We are very happy with our deal and the way we were treated!! More
I'm not sure I could imagine a better car buying experience than the one I had with David Killion. I have only purchased one new car in the past and it was an ok experience but nothing worth writin experience than the one I had with David Killion. I called the lot to see if the vehicle I found on their online inventory was still available. David answered the phone as was super friendly and helpful right out the gate. He was almost positive that the vehicle I was inquiring about was available but wanted to make sure so he walked out to the lot to double check. It was and so I told him that my partner and I would be out later that day to check it out. Upon arriving I asked for David or "DK" as there are 5 David's who work there and when he walked out we both recognized each other, turns out he had sold me a blendtec blender a few years before. I was happy to see him as I know that not all car salesmen are created equal and I knew already he was a friendly guy! We walked out to the car and took it for a test drive. We talked a lot about the car and what we were looking for in a car and the values of Subaru. It was immediately clear that David really knew his stuff and that he wasn't just reciting information but actually cared about and believed in what he was selling. Once we got back to the lot and decided we liked the vehicle it was time for that part of buying a car that most people usually dread, the negotiation. We both felt really comfortable with David at this point after spending over an hour driving around and talking before hand. Without going into great detail about the negotiation process I can confidently say that we felt great about our decision to buy the vehicle that day and really felt as though David went to bat for us. I never once felt taken advantage of or swindled. David was very honest and transparent about the whole process and made buying a car an enjoyable experience. We drove the car home that evening feeling really excited about our choice. Bottom line, buying a new car is a BIG decision and David made it a memorable experience. When you take the new car plunge you want to feel good about it and have no regrets and I have none! Thank you David Killion and Lithia Subaru or Oregon City for making our car buying experience a truly fantastic one! More

I can hardly believe buying this Impreza WRX STi from Lithia Subaru was as a fantastic experience as it was. Annie got me a great price on my trade in and I drove out an hour or so later. I mean how does that happen? It was one of the most satisfying experiences, and they are very helpful and nice! Working with Annie was like working with a friend, even though I had just met her! She was the BEST! I can’t say enough good things about this business and Annie's team .
