I went to the dealership a week before I was going to actually purchase a new car. I met Sales Manager Ryan Vaughan who put me in touch with David Killion to work with. Both were extremely pleasant and professional to deal with and I never felt I was getting anything but honest treatment from them. I went to Lithia because I saw online that they were closing out the 2013 models with huge discounts. After about 2 hours of looking and test driving, I decided what I wanted but they only had it in silver, a colour I did not want. David and Ryan did locate one at another dealer and were going to try to arrange a dealer trade. As David and I were settling on fair numbers, Ryan stepped in and offered me a new 2014 model, which they had on the lot equipped exactly as I wanted and in white. He gave it to me at almost the same price as the 2013 was going to be, telling me he really wanted to earn my business and trust. Outstanding service! We completed the deal and signed all the paperwork with Rick Norwood, the Finance Manager. He also was completely professional and made the entire process very comfortable and effortless. Our new car was delivered spotless and David spent a fair amount of time going over the features of the car with us. All in all, a great experience buying a car and I would go back to them or recommend them anytime. More
David Castillo was our salesman. He was there when we needed him and yet we felt no pressure to buy. Dave was quite frank and easy with his opinions on the different models, as well as knowledgeable. He helped us to see which cars had the best monetary value and which suited our intended use. An excellent experience! For the sale and paperwork, Rick Norwood got us through the process with ease. Each step was explained clearly and pretty darn trouble free. All done in a timely and accurate manner and we drove our car home. It is now the next day, and there is no "buyer's remorse!" Nice to see it in our driveway. Couldn't have gone better guys! A pleasant purchase. Thanks. More
Stepping onto the lithia subaru lot, David met us with an enthusiastic smile and warm welcome. I knew which Subaru model I was interested in, so we started with a test drive. But it wasn't quite like a test drive the at other dealerships - he took me on a scenic test drive that really demonstrated the ability of the car and his knowledge of all its components. Once we were back at the lot, he made the financial part painless. There was no haggling - I really felt like he was advocating for the consumer. He helped lock in a great interest rate and took the utmost care of my family and I. This was my first Subaru experience and I couldn't thank David more for the support he offered throughout the first new car experience. I would definitely refer any friends/family back to see him! I called and asked about a car I had been looking for and David was really great on the phone and asked me a few questions and said he'd get it ready if I wanted to look at it. It was out in the driveway when I pulled up and David, or DK, was there, super friendly, took me right to the car and was really upfront about all the big points. I bought it and the whole process was really enjoyable. It was late and I knew they were all staying late because I was there, but they were all really awesome and fun. The financing was quick, got me a good rate and monthly payment. It was my first time buying and I didn't once feel pressured and felt like DK and Rick were really straight forward about fees and payments. Great place to buy a car. More
Although my experience at lithia didn't begin the best, it turned out that I wouldn't recommend any other dealership to buy a car. Working with Lithia was "drama free". The staff was helpful and knew their product. There was no hard sell but rather a quiet confidence in the product that made me feel comfortable in teh decision was helpful and knew their product.
