I arrived after reading about a 2005 Subaru outback online. After arriving I walk in to be greeted by the friendly staff, and a sales associate quickly approached to help me to the lot, after the car w online. After arriving I walk in to be greeted by the friendly staff, and a sales associate quickly approached to help me to the lot, after the car was pulled out i didn't feel it was my style, so He showed me around the lot, He was very knowledgeable and informative, but not pushy. After finding a car i felt suited my tastes he guided me through the city (Im not from the area) on a test drive that he recommended. During the drive he answered any questions i had. Once we went inside he worked out the price of the car, the trade in value of my car (which i felt i got a very good deal for, no insulting low lead price) and worked out a payment plan with the bank. the process was fast and they kept me informed the whole time of what was going on. After the deal was struck i was lead into the back where I signed the contract by a friendly manager who explained every paper he brought out. Overall, the staff was very nice and the store, lot, and cars were all clean and well maintained. I was treated with respect (and humor) and felt more like i was buying a car from a friend then a dealer. More

We were looking for a specific car and DK found it at a dealer in Corvallis and gave us a price over the phone which we thought was good. If you're looking for straight up business, not wasting time and energy, and getting the best bang for your buck on a Subaru, David K is your guy. After I found my car, Richard Norwood was extremely helpful in finance. Paperwork was quick, efficient, and I was out of there in 20 minutes. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership, and I will be going back to this dealership when I am making my next Subaru purchase. More

But he went above and beyond when he searched the entire lot and showroom to find the earring I lost! Richard Norwood quickly arranged financing at a good rate and explained every item of the contract. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Lithia Subaru is a good dealership. I found their inventory and expertise better than other PDX subaru dealerships, i.e. Wentworth and Carr. He was extremely professional and a person I wanted to buy inventory and expertise better than other PDX subaru dealerships, i.e. Wentworth and Carr. He was extremely professional and a person I wanted to buy a car from. I can usually tell the quality of a salesman by the type of conversations we had during the test drive, and he certainly passed. Presents himself modestly as a family-friendly salesman who has found his career passion. My one gripe with Lithia was talking through financing. Most dealerships get far through how you can finance a new car before introducing the numbers. I see why it is a tactic, but it was noticeable in the moment and made me feel a little uncomfortable. That said, I bought my car at a price really pretty low for a dealership. Also, after owning the car for less than 60 days, the battery had to be replaced (original battery, had 60,000 mi). DK was helpful finding a dealer near my new location and Lithia is refunding me the amount the battery change cost. I recommend working with DK. More
