I have gone car buying with my aunt on 6 occasions since I was able to walk and talk, each time becoming more of a car expert and less of a kid on a field trip for something fun. This last experience was by far the absolute best car buying experience we've ever had! Dari, our sales guy, was the first salesperson we have ever actually liked! He approached us without that predatorial attitude most car salesman have, he was easy to talk to, and made us feel like we were doing business with people instead of some guy who wanted to sell us a car so he could get a cut. Very honest, and he made us feel comfortable at a dealership. For me, an easy task. Making my aunt comfortable at a dealership? THAT is impressive. The rest of the people at Lithia were the same way! Annie and Richard especially, although there was someone else whose name I cant seem to remember unfortunately. Never have we had such a positive car buying experience. People who genuinely love their products, seem to love what they do, and are absolutely great people! We went to Lithia Subaru because we already knew Subaru made an amazing car, but we wont be forgetting how amazing their employees are anytime soon. When we discovered that the cars were slightly over my aunt's desired budget due to her being in a complicated lease, the thing that sealed the deal for us was the people and the product. When you can trust a car to drive brilliantly and last longer than you want to think about, and the people you're doing business with are the sort of people you like and respect as people and salesman, that will be worth a little extra money per month. I could not rate this dealership and these people higher! The only black mark on their record was the first sales guy who approached us on our second and final visit. When he heard that we had been doing business with Dari he questioned us about how long ago we had spoken with him. Upon discovering that it had been more than three days, he told us that as long as it had been more than three days he did not have to refer us back to Dari as per company policy, and that we could choose who to do business with. The super awkward customer poaching almost made us leave, but my aunt quickly asked for Dari again due to his being the most approachable salesman she had ever encountered. I never got that guy's name, but him I would rate a 1 on the experience scale. We're there to shop for cars, not to be hunted by salesmen. Besides that unfortunate five minutes, everything else was 100% amazing. We were recommended to Lithia by a friend of mine, and that recommendation is getting passed on. Often. Could not recommend this place more! More

After 18+ yrs with my TBird it was time for something i could afford and newer!I researched and found the Kia Sportage that Lithia had on the lot.Contacted the dealer and was answered promptly by Annie.Set could afford and newer!I researched and found the Kia Sportage that Lithia had on the lot.Contacted the dealer and was answered promptly by Annie.Set up a test drive and from there it was NOT like the car salesman experience i expected!It was professional,laid back and enjoyable!With their help I was able to get the payments and coverage I wanted at the payment that I wanted.If all the rest of the sales people are as helpful and friendly as Annie,this is the place to go!They are much bigger than I thought and no doubt has access to what you are looking for.I highly recommend the dealership and their staff,you cannot go wrong!Thanks Annie!!! After we signed all the papers and left the dealership, the first thing may wife said was "Wow, that was much better experience than the last time I bought a car". Sterling was the person that took us on a test drive and was very good at answering all our questions. We appreciated his honesty and knowledge as it helped us make a good decision. A week later we were put in touch with DK, who helped locate the car that we wanted and he delivered on his promises. I work in sales myself so I know how things go to make a sale. The greatest compliment was that my wife never felt pressured, never felt uneasy, never felt like they were being deceitful, and really felt comfortable with this dealership and the people that helped us. DK actually came in on his day off to meet with me and hand me the keys a couple days after we did the paperwork (the car had to be brought over from another dealership). Becky was also very nice to work with on the financing end of things. All in all, I would buy my next car there and would recommend others talk with DK before buying their next car. More
So after looking for a while online for a specific model car I find it at Lithia Subaru... A "premium" model wrx with leather and sun roof.. Long story short, I make a phone call to see if it's still in sto car I find it at Lithia Subaru... A "premium" model wrx with leather and sun roof.. Long story short, I make a phone call to see if it's still in stock. It was so I make the 70 mile drive to go make a deal, I show up and it has cloth interior without the sun roof... I was a little disappointed. I decided I wanted to make a deal anyway... After they apprised my trade wanting to give me $1000 below what I told them I wanted from it we started talking about their "premium" wrx without all the "premium" stuff at a "premium" price... They aren't willing to budge at all on price and kinda shoved us out the door saying they wouldn't be able to make a deal... I've never been to a dealership that wasn't willing to fudge numbers a little bit to make a deal and send happy customers down the road. Mind you this is my second time at this dealership I AM A RETURN CUSTOMER. This first time around wasn't the best either. And mind you the amount they were willing to pay for my trade was only $1,500 less then the price they are asking for their "premium" car!!! Who can't make a deal work with that!?!? More
