We were looking for a "gently used" Subaru .. but ended up purchasing new 2014 model. I have personally bought an 09 WRX from Lithia, I have also taken multiple friends there to purchase autos from them. I've always been treated great. This is the second time I have purchased a car. This time was definitely a much more positive experience than my first, which was with Honda. I have never been so impressed by a car dealership as I am with Lithia Suburu! Their philosophy of pricing their cars right, instead of jacking them up and then having to "negotiate" the right price is so am with Lithia Suburu! Two weeks ago I had my first experience Lithia when we stopped there to look at used Suburu Imprezas for my son. I'll let him review his experience himself, but I can say that we found a terrific 2010 WRX Hatchback for the right price, and David Killion did a great job for us. So I decided that it was time for me to trade in MY 2005 Suburu Outback, after having had such a good experience the first time. I had to bring over the DEQ compliance paperwork to Lithia so that they can order plates for my son's Impreza, and I had called DK to tell him I would be there and would be interested in seeing a 2011 Outback I had discovered on their website. DK met me there and we took a test drive, even taking me past a property where there was a Camel in the pasture! That was fun, DK. Not every day do we see a Camel in our neck of the woods! Anyway, the test drive sold me on the car, so I decided rather than take a chance on someone else snapping it up by Saturday, I called in to work and arranged to take the morning off. DK did a great job of getting me through the buying process as quick as possible. He showed me what the total price would be, and the options available for financing. They gave me a good trade-in value on my 2005 Outback, and I was able to get a comfortable monthly payment. Richard Norwood handled all the financing paperwork efficiently, and was very friendly. DK knows Suburus and owns one himself, so he was able to answer my questions. Not once did he try to push me to buy anything, and did not try to show me cars I couldn't afford and didn't want. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. I got a beautiful car for a reasonable price, and the whole buying process took less than two hours. So thanks, DK! I will be recommending Lithia Suburu in Oregon City to everyone I know! More

After having our 2008 Subaru Outback totaled in an accident the week prior, we looked at getting a new car. The wagon style of Outback lets us carry cargo like a truck. The rails on the root let us carry luggage and gear in a cargo box. It's perfect. Our last Subaru buying experience was in Tennessee so we were unfamiliar with our options here near Portland. I came across Lithia while searching certified pre-owned vehicles with low miles. The best looking vehicle we found with the lowest price was at Lithia. After our experience there I would highly recommend them to any friend in the market for a new car. I also plan to go back to Lithia if we ourselves are in need of yet another Subaru. More
