David also made sure we knew how everything worked inside the car before we left and showed us around the dealership so we knew where to go when it's time for oil changes etc. By the time we left I felt like we made new friends and had become part of their family! My wife and I were in the market for a new Subaru and knew about how much we expected to pay. After sending our quote request into three local dealers, David "DK" responded back within 20 minutes with a knew about how much we expected to pay. His price was right inline with our expectation and we took ownership the next day from Lithia's inventory. Only one other Subaru dealer responded to our request (without addressing the extras we wanted) and that was the next day. I would recommend contacting DK at Lithia Oregon City for your next Subaru! Not a problem with Gene Rude at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City. Gene communicated with us online, until we were ready to speak on the phone. We asked for a price for a new 2014 Subaru Outback Limited and were given a good quote first time. Asked for even more and got it. My husband and I felt we walked away with a fair deal. In fact, we were willing to drive 5 hours for this deal and this car. Gene Rude was kind and professional and met us at the door. He made us feel welcome and at ease throughout the always-dreaded paperwork process. Gene was very efficient and thorough in showing us everything about our new Subaru and introduced us to employees in the different departments. We had no wait time and felt like we were the only customers in the store. Lithia Subaru's environment was relaxing and comfortable. During the long process, the free snack and beverage area was a nice option. Financing was easy, and we didn't feel pressured to add warranties. When all was said and done, Cory Fay, manager, met us and thanked us and asked if we had any questions. Since our purchase, Gene has given us a quick and friendly phone call to ask if we had any questions about our car. A very good price and service and experience at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City. I met my sales person - Andrew Rowe - and as the day progressed I became more and more impressed. I have been a customer service manager for the last 17 years and I have a high standard for great customer service. Andrew exceeded that standard. He was extremely helpful, very friendly and did NOT pressure me at all. He answered all of my questions and gave me other information that I had not considered which was pertinent to my decision. It was clear that the Andrew's mission (and that of his sales manager Val as well as the other staff members) was to make sure I made an informed decision and, more importantly, to offer the type of customer service that made me say "WOW". I would highly recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone who may be considering purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

Everything went great... from start to finish, Andrew was with me till the very end. I think Andrew showed me every car they had on the lot, twice! Annie was an excellent and knowledgable sales person. I found the car online (I live in Idaho) and immediately contacted the dealer. DK took video of the car and sent it to me right away as well as followed up with a friendly detailed phone call. I put a deposit on the car and flew in that week with plans to purchase. Up to this point everyone I spoke with was friendly and it seemed like it was going to be a normal car purchase. This is where DK's service becomes exceptional. I flew into PDX on a afternoon with a huge snow storm. DK picked me up at the airport (The person who planned to get me couldn't because of the road conditions) and drove me through the snow and traffic for a good 3 hours to get me to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership and I saw the car I couldn't have been happier. The honestly of the post and the honesty of our conversations left nothing to be discovered. The paperwork went quick and because of the weather issues and banks being closed DK and the other at Lithia employees were able to get me into the car that day and finish up when the roads opened back up. Over all this was much more than just a car purchase but a great experience. My new family and I will continue to buy Subaru's and we will fly to Portland every time to get them. THANK YOU! More
