He was also excellent at maintaining communication. My only complaint was that it seemed to take quite a while to finalize the buying process at the dealership, but I don't think there's too much that he could do about that. More

I spent almost an hour in the office getting everything ready for buying the car when we found out that someone who had shown up and test drove the car had already made an offer on it and it was accepted. I was not happy to say the least. This time around I found the car I wanted by shopping around online at their website. When we went it to look at it and test drive it our salesman was AMAZING!! He let us know he was newer to their team and was very friendly and conversational. Never did we feel rushed or that he was just trying to make a sale on us. He was genuinely concerned with if this car was going to be a right fit for us and that it was what we wanted. I am completely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I talked with Andrew and was very impressed; down to earth, friendly, not pushy at all and a total pleasure to work with. Excellent first time car buying experience Just two days ago I had my first experience buying a car. I dropped by Lithia Subaru in Oregon City with the intention of test driving a Legacy sedan Just two days ago I had my first experience buying a car. I dropped by Lithia Subaru in Oregon City with the intention of test driving a Legacy sedan I had found online and exploring some options. DK from the online sales department met me at the door with a firm handshake, a smile, and a "no pressure" attitude that put me at ease right away. The first thing he did was show me the car I had inquired about online. We looked at everything from the impressive trunk space to the 2.5i under the hood. The test drive was fun and gave me plenty of time to get a good feel for the car. After the test drive, we went inside to look at the numbers and check out my options. DK explained everything very clearly and answered all the questions I had. Even with his knowledgeable presentation, I still wasn't sure If I wanted to buy without more time to think. I chose to go look at the car one more time and call my dad to get a second opinion. Once my dad was onboard I gave DK the thumbs up and he went to work. He, and the finance team, got me a great interest rate, better monthly payments than I had even hoped for, and an extended warranty that added peace of mind to my first time car purchase. Long story not so short, DK and Lithia Subaru did an excellent job of providing over the top costumer service, friendly knowledgeable advice, and the kind of car buying experience that has made me a loyal Lithia costumer for life. I would recommend DK & Lithia Subaru to anyone in the market for a new or used set of wheels. More
No SALES MEN here When I inquired about a Subaru online, I was put in touch with a nice person by the name of Mark; how he got me down to the lot is still a mystery to When I inquired about a Subaru online, I was put in touch with a nice person by the name of Mark; how he got me down to the lot is still a mystery to me, but he did. I think at that time I had two Subaru’s in mind that I thought I wanted and I was going to sit in them and decide where to apply my focus. I must admit that when I showed up to the dealership, I had prepared myself for being hard and not gullible, but this attitude was not needed as the talking was left to me. Mark listened to what I was hoping to get in a car and was not pushy. Mark then introduced me to another co-worker by the name of David or as they call him ‘DK’. I thought to myself “oh, here we go” and once again I prepared myself for being haggled. But that didn’t happen at all!!! Again the only one doing the talking was ME... and to my surprise; I was being showed a car that I didn’t even know about. DK and Mark sold me a 2003 Suzuki XL.7. The miles are under 78,000, and the car has awesome reviews but get this, it was at Kelly Blue Book Value… No really!!! Apparently this car lot dose NOT hike up the price on a car that has no value. I love this car and if it wasn’t for the knowledge of these two sales men (I don’t even like to put them in that category), I would have settled for a car that I didn’t have to settle on. This car is by far more of what I wanted and it still has everything I needed. DK even spoke with my loan department about an issue with the car that ended up being non-existent. If it wasn’t for this call, I wouldn’t have been able to proceed with my purchase. Even the loan person said that DK really knows what he is talking about and that he was pleasant as well. THANK YOU DK, for going above and beyond!! The whole process was very rewarding and I would recommend anyone to start their search with this team!! I have been to many different lots in my life and no other place was as true as this one. The team treated me with respect, they didn't haggle (no need when the car is priced properly) they new better what I was looking for then I did; Oh and the waiting room in this establishment is like no other that I have seen; all the comforts of home with a wide variety of free beverages, hotdogs and snacks along with a special area for the kiddo’s and get this, even for dogs. :) More

I know salesmen are always nice, but he is definitely someone my husband and I felt like we could have over to a BBQ. The car process took hours, but he stayed throughout the whole process and it seemed to go super smoothly. We have bought lots of cars and this is one of maybe 2 times where I left a dealership feeling good about our purchase and not like they just wanted our money. We will be back in a few years to get antoher Subaru. More

He had posted a 2012 Toyota RAV4 online at a very competitive price, so we were anxious to talk to him. We drove to Portland from Corvallis. He took us for a test drive, showed us what we could get for our trade in and had the paperwork signed and us out the door in our new car within about 3 hours. He was friendly and courteous throughout the time. It was a painless experience, which is not what I was expecting. I recommend dealing with him. More
