Our current Subaru, which has served us well for over 16 years, is being bequeathed to our daughter who is getting married in August . We knew that we wanted to replace our current car with a Subaru due to our fantastic experience with our first regarding safety, handling, and reliability. We were having a very difficult time finding a replacement Subaru that we could afford. At Lithia, we found a used 2014 outback with a little over 7,000 miles for a fantastic price. We arrived just before they closed and Andrew, David, and Sean went out of their way in calm, efficient, and respectful manor to show us the vehicle and process the paper work. We have purchased 4 cars and by far, this was the best experience. We are so grateful to Lithia and there team for assisting us get a fantastic deal. I highly recommend Lithia Subaru of Oregon City. I wanted to drive 2 different models the Crosstec XV and the Forester 2,5 cvt and then was shown a Forester XT 2.0 turbo. I drove all 3 cars and now have a very nice Forester XT 2.0 turbo Premium. Guy Went way above and beyond the call, he stayed late on a sunday to seal the deal and he came in on monday to deliver the car and take care of all the paperwork. I couldn't have had a better experience. 1st time Subaru buyer and very pleased with the entire experience. If you go to lithia in Oregon City make sure you seek out Guy Witney, he's got you covered. There's a dealership closer to my home, so I started with them. They did a good job of letting me test the car and answering my questions. When it came to the "bottom line", I decided to check other dealerships with the specs of a particular car so any prices I might receive would be on the same product. My internet inquiry to Lithia Subaru of Oregon City was answered by David "Dk" Killion. He quickly responded with a very good price. In the interest of fairness, I went back to the dealer I had been talking with to give them a chance to match it. They were nearly able to, but they could not give me a fair trade-in value for my old car. I worked with Lithia on that and ended up with what I thought was a reasonable offer. There was no pushing or rushing or "we know best" attitude displayed by Lithia. They treated me and the research I had done with respect. I left that day very happy with the exact car I wanted and the knowledge that I had purchased it from a reputable organization respresented by quality people. I highly recommend Lithia for the buying experience. More

We took it on the perfect test drive around Oregon City; long windy roads, a little highway, and we even stopped in an Albertson's parking lot to get out and do a full investigation of the vehicle (bonus was passing a camel). He was not the pushy sales man I feared when we walked onto the lot, Andrew was very personable and made car shopping a joyful experience which was certainly unexpected. We thank you Andrew for making the purchase of a new vehicle painless and I truly feel the forester is a perfect fit, so grateful for the wonderful service and attention we received. More

Forester I actually brought my FORD SUV in to the service dept because the OD wouldn't work and it was running at too high rpms then shifting really hard. Geoff called and told me the extent of the repair and it was more then I wanted to spend (needed a new transmission) so he told me he could ask what they would give me for trade in value if I was interested on buying a new vehicle. Geoff suggested the Forester but told me to come back to the dealership and he would set me up with one of the sales people. Annie is the one to help us and she was fantastic! She asked what type of vehicle I was interested in and what features were important to me. She didn't try to talk me into something more expensive or with features I didn't need but she did point out what additional features were available. Annie suggested the Forester as it fit the description of what I wanted. She knew we had not planned on buying a new car that day and she was very understanding. The gentleman who explained the difference between buying and leasing and the finances of both was also very respectful of our situation and our stress. We decided to lease and they worked wonders to get our monthly payment to an amount that thrilled us and calmed our fears of high monthly payments. They gave us more trade in value than we had expected and that was awesome too! While we waited for all these things to be decided Annie just sat and visited with us, it really helped to just chat and not focus on the things we worried about! It made the time go by faster and I really appreciate her compassion, understanding and ability to relax us and treat us like friends. Burton was the finance person we worked with and like all the others he was amazing! I now have a 2015 Forester Limited and I love it!!! I have told lots of people about our great experience and will continue to do so. I will highly recommend this service center and dealership to anyone who needs service or is interested in buying a new car - any sometimes to anyone who will listen! Friendly & Dedicated Staff! Love my leased 2014 Impreza I was referred to Subaru of Oregon City by a co-worker who bought a pre-owned Impreza sedan a few months ago from Shaun O'Malley. She had a great expe I was referred to Subaru of Oregon City by a co-worker who bought a pre-owned Impreza sedan a few months ago from Shaun O'Malley. She had a great experience and promised I would get great service if I visited the dealership. I gave Shaun a call before going in and he wrote down all the specs I was looking for - year, mileage, and budget range plus what features I was hoping to get (moonroof, heated seats, etc). That same evening he text and emailed me all the vehicles that were available within those perimeters I had given him. I was really impressed that me text me after dealership hours the same afternoon I had called...talk about dedication! The next day I went in to see the pre-owned vehicles he had told me about. I ended up walking the lot with Khang Phuyong and test driving a 2011 Outback Sport. I liked it but wasn't sold due to the mileage and color of the vehicle. Shaun and Khang explained how leasing worked and really sparked my interest so we headed over to the new vehicle lot. I fell in love with the new 2014 Impreza hatchback and decided to look more into leasing as a viable option given my limited budget. They gave me a break down of the numbers and it turned out to be pretty affordable (a small down payment and $260/month payments). After thinking everything over that night, I decided to go back and sign the papers the next afternoon. Khang was great working with and the actual leasing process was extremely easy. The loan was through Subaru so I didn't have to prepare anything other than proof of insurance and drivers license. I was at the dealership maybe 3 hours total before I drove away with a brand new shiny car! I recommend this dealership 100% and the best part is, the great customer service continues after the purchase! Khang picked me up from my office the day after buying the new Suby and took me to the dealership so I could drive my old car home. Both him and Shaun have text me since checking in to see if I'm loving the new ride. I was able to text Khang when I couldn't figure out the Bluetooth feature and got a answer within the hour. I'll definitely be going back for service at this dealership..they have a lunch time shuttle!! They are super friendly, honest and dedicated. What more could you ask for? More
