Patricio was exceptional, he made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions, had patience when explaining things and also provided extra help with instructions on special features in the car that have really been helpful. Dave provided great help going over the financial end and other papers making a sometimes uncomfortable type of experience very smooth. The informative test drive with Clint also added to my decision to buy a Forester. Overall wonderful service and a positive experience. I will recommend to friends. More

Told him that I had an appointment to look at a particular vehicle. He calls over and the Internet manager shows up and we start looking and looking and guess what, the car that I wanted couldn't be found. Then the Internet manager got frustrated and passed me off to some other person. I left after that. So if you like to be handled in that manner, feel free to go there but don't say you weren't warned about it. More
Purchased a new (2015) Subaru Outback Great experience start to finish! We arrived at 7pm, an hour before the scheduled closing time on a Friday evening. The staff stayed on the job unti Great experience start to finish! We arrived at 7pm, an hour before the scheduled closing time on a Friday evening. The staff stayed on the job until well after 9pm to answer our questions and present an outstanding offer. They went the extra mile when a Thursday evening car show offer was misunderstood when presented by one of the show sales personnel. Although the car we wanted wasn't eligible for the special pricing discount, Lithia gave it to us anyway because of the minor confusion. We agreed to buy the car before leaving late Friday evening. All paperwork was quickly accomplished by Rick Norwood, the Finance Manager, and we agreed to come back the next day, a Saturday, to pay the balance remaining on the car. We requested some additional optional items be installed, and expected that work to necessitate a delay in us taking possession of the car until the following Monday or Tuesday. When we arrived on Saturday to deliver the payoff check and the title to our trade-in car, they had completed all of the options installation work and were ready to send us home in our new car! Wow! Our sales representative, David Meltzer, was GREAT throughout the process. His Friday evening efforts in our behalf were highly professional, and he quickly answered every question we came up with. Mr. Meltzer met us at the door when we arrived on Saturday. He escorted us directly back to Mr. Norwood to finish the financial paperwork. Again, Mr. Norwood got the job done quickly while at the same time having a friendly, fun and engaging conversation with us. Mr. Meltzer then took charge of us again and commenced our "whirlwind" hands-on training course so we could reasonably expect to get home without a serious threat of damage to the car. We sure hope to know the operating systems of our new Outback at a level just close to what David Meltzer knows...after we've been driving this car daily for a couple of years! He covered everything in easy to understand--if not immediately recall--language and practice examples. He's an outstanding Subaru salesman! Other members of the Lithia Subaru of Oregon City team also showed their sincere concern that we have a positive buying experience. Well Done! More

Buying a car can be very emotional and it is a big investment. It is important that you work with a sales associate who will help you to make the right decision for you. We worked with Kyle Elsey and if you do not already have a contact at Lithia, we highly recommend you call him for an appointment. I sense that all personnel at Lithia operate with a "customer first" style and Kyle clearly demonstrates that approach. He takes the time to understand your driving needs and the time to fully explain the various models of Subarus so that you can make an informed decision. Completing the final paperwork with David was also a joy. We actually had fun during the process. When shopping for your next car, include Lithia Subaru of Oregon City and ask for Kyle.
