Fabulous! We stopped in on a lark on a very warm Sunday afternoon "just to see" what a trade-in might be worth on a certified used Subaru Forester or Outback. We stopped in on a lark on a very warm Sunday afternoon "just to see" what a trade-in might be worth on a certified used Subaru Forester or Outback. Daniel approached us with a smile and warm greeting within 30 seconds of our arrival and proceeded to spend the next few hours patiently and kindly answering all manner of question, allowed us to test drive whatever we wished, offered helpful facts of each model and listened to all objections and worked around them. We eventually purchased a brand new (completely out of our budget we thought, but payments are spectacular on a lease) Forester and couldn't be happier. He was patient, helpful, and there were no high pressure sales tactics or leading away from what we said we wished. Top notch service and given it was so hot outside, he never once complained standing in the hot sun while we inspected several vehicles...kudos for that, man - you were awesome! More

During our second visit to the dealer, we were pleased to work with Kiki Stonebreaker who accommodated our desire for an overview on the cars of interest and to complete our test drives. She was pleasant, efficient, and connected us as needed with supervisory and financial staff at the dealership to complete purchase information. Our decision to purchase a 2015 Subaru Outback and drive the new car home that day was facilitated by her congenial and cooperative approach. More

I was greatly surprised at how good the prices were and how sturdy and smooth the Subaru ride was. We both ended up purchasing the cars we wanted and got GREAT deals. There staff will work with you to get the best deals. Our sales consultant was Jared Whited I recommend him to everyone ! I'll defiantly will be bringing my sister here when its her time and many more people !!! I never thought I would own a Subaru let alone be part of the Subaru family ! We aren't the easiest people to work with and it meant a lot that the staff was very patient with my mother, and my outlandish humor. More

David Meltzer, Eugene Rude and Mark Toranski all did a fine job of carrying us from start to finish even though OUR scheduling issues in getting from Salem to Oregon City to drive our car presented some challenges. David handled the first inquiry and walked to the car and in detail answered all of my questions (without any salesy over-representation to get me in the door) so that my drive from Salem would be worthwhile. When we arrived, Mark did a great job during our test drive in understanding our needs and demonstrating so many of the features of the car. He is technically very adept and could answer all of our questions--knows his stuff! Our negotiations began a bit rough, but in the end we left with the car we wanted and our trip was definitely worth the drive and the experience at Lithia Oregon City. Richard Norwood made the financing session quick and easy and didn't push. He also made sure we were supplied with snacks as our day and the drive had been long and we hadn't had a chance to eat prior to getting to the dealership--Great attention to the small things! More
