I wanted a car and they made sure I walked off with one. I write this review for Alex Wiswell, David Killion, Rick Norwood, and Cory Fay. Alex Wiswell helped me find the car I was looking for that I had seen online posted to Kelly blue book I told him I really liked impallas and we took it for a test drive much to my satisfaction it was everything I was looking for, he and the other three employees there stayed past their regular work hours and helped arrange the paperwork for my car. David Killion helped me get better insurance due to me being a new driver I had no luck in finding a cheaper claim so he got me a claim and helped me keep it low he also made my car affordable for me with the Financing situation he was the man with all the connections. Rick Norwood he helped finish up all the last bit of paper work and went over all the papers with me to make sure I understood what I had. Cory Fay he stayed late with his beardly power and raised the moral of their team I would think. Thank you guys so much for helping me get the car I wanted I could not have been more satisfied even if I was in a chocolate cake factory and was able to swim in chocolate and eat cake all day. More

Great customer service! Today I had to look for a new Forester after deciding to retire my well loved current Forester after 300,000 miles. I looked online at other dealerships in the Portland area but decided to go to Lithia because it was close by and Oregon owned. I brought a friend with me and everyone at Lithia was polite and friendly as I let them know my specific needs for a vehicle and the budget I felt comfortable with. It was a busy day at the dealership but I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. David Meltzer helped me narrow my choices down and took me out on a test drive in a Forester that fit my needs. He was helpful through the process of buying and very considerate of the few concerns I had. I didn't feel pressured and felt that my business mattered to him. After David helped me through the buying process and Shaun O'Malley finished my financing I was driving home feeling relieved and good about my purchase. The friend that was with me said he wished he would've gotten the same experience when he brought his Forester in Vancouver that I got at Lithia and I think that says everything! More

I was very impressed with the prior telephone conversation I had with Ryan Vaughn, the sales manager.. He told me to come out that he had the car. (No other dealers in the area had the 2016 in the color we wanted). I was met by Jarred Whited, a very knowledge sales consultant, who was able to explain every detail about the car. This is our second Subaru Forester and this dealership is superior and fair to work with. Because I was impressed with Litia Subaru, I recommended it to our close friends, and they in turn went the same day and purchased a Subaru Forester. I will continue to recommend the dealership to my friends. More
