They did however win my business with their professionalism, customer service, and no pressure sales throughout the ENTIRE buying process. The atmosphere inside their building is top notch. It's cozy, comfortable, and almost family like. Their entire staff enjoys what they do and you can tell from their attitudes that they like selling Subaru's and working for Lithia. Their service deparment staff seemed informed, very personable, accommodating, and happy. There was other people picking up their ordered Subaru's while I was there who were from neighboring and out of town cities, even though there were Subaru dealers in their home town. That says a lot about the culture of their dealership. I also have a dealership in my home town of Eugene, Oregon and I am glad I chose Lithia versus the dealership in Eugene. As long as I drive a Subaru, it will always be bought from Lithia Subaru of Oregon City. 1st class experience start to finish. More
