I never felt like any pressure was being applied -- very much unlike another dealership I visited the same weekend -- and when it came time to talk, things felt pretty straightforward and as honest as you can hope for. The car I wound up buying needed to go through a few more steps before I could assume possession, so it was a bit unusually complicated, but I was able to stay in touch with Sterling, who patiently answered every question I had. He personally delivered the car to my door. This is all more or less how I want a car purchase to be. Nothing difficult! More

She was professional and made me feel comfortable. I wanted to test drive a couple different models and she was open to letting me take my time to decide what works best for me. I was only planning to test drive and then leave to think about what I wanted to avoid feeling overwhelmed or pressured to buy something, but she was open to letting me make my own decisions without any pressure. She was just there for me. It was because of her positive and lighthearted personality that eased me to make a decision that day. All of the staff that I had direct experience with was pleasant and worked with me in getting what I wanted. Ryan hooked up my phone to the car and helped me get rid of some of my junk in my phone. YOU are the best Ryan. The people at Lithia were more than I could have ever imagined. I had the time of my life. So accommodating, positive, professional. The sky was the limit. Rick did a great job of closing and doing the financial part and selling me on some things that would keep my car with a shiny and protected paint job. He explained the process to me and the way the "clear bra" would allow longer protection for my beautiful paint job. They also shared with me the importance of having a special sealant on the upholstery and carpet to give it a longer life span. This was my first brand new car and I am retirement age, it was the most fun and I would love to do it again. I plan on having a long relationship with them. Thank you Ryan & Rick.
