I went in looking for something completely different, but am really happy with my purch Kiki was awesome, and overall I liked my experience at Lithia. I went in looking for something completely different, but am really happy with my purchase. I would say that it is still a car dealership, and buying a car is never going to be something that I absolutely love doing, but I appreciate that they did accept my (justified) counters for more on my trade in, and it felt like they were actually willing to negotiate. This isn't always the case, so I appreciated their willingness to help. I did feel like I was financed through Subaru (JP Morgan/Chase) at a higher rate than I actually could've been through my bank, so that'd be the one thing I'd better research if I were to return. Unfortunately, my credit union called me a day too late, so that's on me for not being more prepared with that piece of it. Looking forward to having a similarly positive experience when I get my car serviced from them in the future. More

Perfect Customer Experience After doing my extensive research, I went down to Lithia to check out an Outback. Kiki was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle After doing my extensive research, I went down to Lithia to check out an Outback. Kiki was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and knew she didn't have to tell me about MPG or AWD. Instead she focused on the safety features, the Navigation/Infotainment system, the automatic hatch and the secret places you can store your stuff. Everyone on the lot wants to sell you a car, but Kiki had the attitude that she was helping me find the right rig for me, when the time was right. Having all my financing in place, I still needed to finish up a some paperwork with Shaun the car lot guy in the back office, who was probably the most personable car lot guy in the back office I've ever met. More
