He found me the car I was interested in and sold it at the quoted price Daniel and all the staff were down-to-earth, and friendly. , No one, including the finance manager, tried to push anything I was not interested in. I have bought a number of new cars over the years and this was the most pleasant. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to deal with them again. More

We were able to test drive multiple vehicles, and both Ryan & Mark were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We had our 10 month old son us, and there was a nice play area that he was able to stay entertained while we were doing all the paperwork. This was another thing that was great about everyone here, there was no one annoyed that we had a small child with us, everyone was very friendly. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I've evert had, and I would highly recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone looking for a friendly fair car buying experience. More

I would say that it is still a car dealership, and buying a car is never going to be something that I absolutely love doing, but I appreciate that they did accept my (justified) counters for more on my trade in, and it felt like they were actually willing to negotiate. This isn't always the case, so I appreciated their willingness to help. I did feel like I was financed through Subaru (JP Morgan/Chase) at a higher rate than I actually could've been through my bank, so that'd be the one thing I'd better research if I were to return. Unfortunately, my credit union called me a day too late, so that's on me for not being more prepared with that piece of it. Looking forward to having a similarly positive experience when I get my car serviced from them in the future. More
