Contacted them through the Internet portal with all the specifics I was looking for. Received a quick and detailed reply through e-mail from Patricio Soler at Lithia Subaru. I met with him the following weekend to test drive and talk over available upgrades. They didn't have the exact car I wanted on hand, but he found one on it's way into port. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. He spent the time to show me all the possible upgrades and their costs (with discounts). He also helped me research alternatives to the trailer hitch option. I settled on having the trailer hitch and upgraded speakers installed at the port. I also sprang for the roof rail crossbar kit. Overall I felt I was able to research options and see what they looked like on the showroom cars without any sense of urgency/pressure. They evaluated my trade in (2010 A3 tdi) and made me an offer. Patricio sent me updates all during the delivery process. About a month later my car was ready and I got the phone call to come over and buy it. The whole process of buying it went smoothly. The finance guy, Richard, explained all the warranty and service options. He was friendly, funny, and seemed genuinely interested in helping to select the best options for what I plan to do with the car. I elected to go with the 7 year warranty with the oil change contract. Afterward Patricio spent an hour to go through all the new features of the car (Eyesight, road assistance, navigation, voice control). It was the first time I had a salesman go through a new car to show where every button was located and how to get the most out of the system. Overall I found the experience to be one of the best that I've had when buying a car. I really like how they use e-mail to communicate details. Other dealerships will send you an automated response and make you call. I much prefer having the details and costs upfront in the e-mail. Kudos to Lithia for using technology and being open about prices. More

Over all a very good buying experience and I would recommend Lithia Subaru to people whom I know. One start less on the rating is for the lack of knowledge on the vehicle and the options on each vehicle. I know Subaru has a wide rang of options to choose from, to please the customer. But on the other hand it is little hard for the sales person to keep up to date with the details, on finger tips. So they took little longer time to find out what I needed. Also, one of the internet sales person promised me something which is not provided by Subaru. However I was okay as I know I am not going to get that feature and had a second choice in mind. More

Lithia goes the extra mile! I recently had my 2014 Subaru outback serviced at Lithia Subaru. A serpentine belt was making noise and needed to be replaced with only about 47k mil I recently had my 2014 Subaru outback serviced at Lithia Subaru. A serpentine belt was making noise and needed to be replaced with only about 47k miles on the vehicle. Although that belt was not under any official recall, the service staff at Lithia took care of fixing it for me at no cost. This is just a single example of the kind of exceptional service they provide every time I get my Subaru maintained at their shop. Thanks guys! Kris H. More
