I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service. Andrew was helping me since David was assisting someone else and he was great! He wasn't high pressure and understood where I was coming from and was very genuine. David was later able to help me as well and they were both great people! I felt comfortable and not pressured to purchase anything that I didn't want to purchase. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something different in your car buying experience. We were introduced to Kiki at the door, and she provided with what has to be the best customer service we've ever had in a car shopping experience. She took the time to sit with us and answer any questions we might have and was basically with us the entire time we were at the dealership. She showed us the car we were interested in, we took it for a test drive, and in less than an hour and a half later, we were the proud owners of a fantastic car! Couldn't be happier! The car runs like a dream! More

He was great in showing us through the catacombs of all of the alternatives of features. I never felt hurried or pressured. In fact my only criticism would be that the whole buying process seemed to take a long time (but could have also been my fault). I did not feel I was being subjected to the old "car buying game" of checking with this guy and then that guy and always coming back with a different answer. Simply, Patricio was great and our buying experience was such that I would again buy a car from Lithia. More
Couldn't be Happier!! My wife and I were on our way to buy another car at another dealership. We decided to stop by Lithia Subaru of Oregon City to try out the 2016 Foreste My wife and I were on our way to buy another car at another dealership. We decided to stop by Lithia Subaru of Oregon City to try out the 2016 Forester. We didn't purchase anything, but we ended up leaving that afternoon with the new 2016 Outback on our minds. We returned the next day to talk specifics or price and options with Alex Wiswall, the sales representative working with us. Alex was very professional, accommodating, and worked closely with us to make sure we got everything we wanted/needed. Not once did Alex pressure or try to suggest something that contradicted what my wife or I had talked with him about. That afternoon, my wife and I drove away in our new 2016 Outback 3.6R that we purchased with the exceptional service and help of Alex and others at the dealership! We made the trip from Hillsboro to purchase our Subaru at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City , I'd recommend anyone else to do the same! Again, I can't say enough great things about the service we received from Alex! Ask for him when you visit the store! More
Wonderful people, Herculean effort I was referred to this dealership along with 2 others in the Portland area by my financial institution USAA. When I finally came into the dealership, I met Devon Paton. She was wonderful and answered all of my questions. I left that day not buying a car as my first 2 choices were not available. I later decided online to buy my second choice color that was coming in later this month. I put a deposit on it via email. While waiting, I continued to explore their website. I found that my favorite combination was coming in next month. I wrote to Louise, the internet manager, and she said that I could switch out cars for the agreed upon price since all specifications were identical. I went right in the next day and I noticed that Devon was there and pointed out that I had worked with her in person. I wanted to work with Devon again. Devon was training a brand new employee. Her calm demeanor put the employee and myself at ease. I also liked Rick a lot in finances. More
