He wasn't high pressure and understood where I was coming from and was very genuine. David was later able to help me as well and they were both great people! He was great in showing us through the catacombs of all of the alternatives of features. I never felt hurried or pressured. In fact my only criticism would be that the whole buying process seemed to take a long time (but could have also been my fault). I did not feel I was being subjected to the old "car buying game" of checking with this guy and then that guy and always coming back with a different answer. Simply, Patricio was great and our buying experience was such that I would again buy a car from Lithia. More
