From our initial emails to my test drive and all the way through signing the final papers, the good folks at Lithia were kind, no-nonsense, and wonderful to work with. In the market for a new, car- I had a Subaru Forester on the list, due it's high ratings; however, wasn't completely sold on it and was actually leani In the market for a new, car- I had a Subaru Forester on the list, due it's high ratings; however, wasn't completely sold on it and was actually leaning toward purchasing a different auto maker altogether. To officially rule it out, I sought out Lithia for the test drive (specifically chose Lithia because of their great reputation). I met with David Meltzer who provided an incredibly comprehensive overview of Subarus- and more specifically how the Forester would meet our needs (and then some!). I was impressed- David didn't just rely on the rich history and reputation that comes with Subaru ownership. He came with facts, numbers and stats to reinforce the why this car would exceed in meeting our needs, and why he believes we would also be happy with the ride. There was no pressure. We slept on it, came back the next day and made our purchase (and canceled our two other test drives with other auto makers!)- I have no regrets. This is definitely the car for us and I'm so appreciative to David for helping us see that! We would be remiss to also not call out Val who was thorough and great in helping us with our trade in and Andrea, for helping us breeze through our loan paperwork! More

Shiny New Subaru We were moving across the country and wanted to buy a Forester just like we had in 2014, but wanted the newest model. We contacted several dealerships We were moving across the country and wanted to buy a Forester just like we had in 2014, but wanted the newest model. We contacted several dealerships but only Lithia was able to find our exact model we wanted and the reserving and purchasing process was very simple. They even provided us with a loaner car while we were in limbo (we had no current vehicle as we moved from Brooklyn, NY)! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I believe we got the best and most honest price as well. Thanks so much to David M and Rick for the help! More
