March 2016 Purchased a used Acura here last month. Skyler was the salesman to help me out. He was fantastic, very easy to work with and straight forward. He made the whole process pretty easy on the front end. When the others got involved is when it slowed down a bit, and Skylers offers were reversed. Overall I felt like I got a fair deal, but for the "big dogs" to come in and reverse an offer that was made is why people hate the car buying experience. I would think you want your customers to walk away feeling great, not just so-so after spending such a large amount. I was told once the final price was agreed upon, it would be about an hour and a half more to do all the paperwork. 4 hours later I was finally driving away. That was a disappointment. Over all my experience was fair, Skyler was great, but the what I assume are the managers could work on their customer service a bit and not rough shot their sales staff by negating deals, doesn't make the customer feel good, or your employee. Super easy, no pressure buying experience I went in to Lithia Subaru of Oregon City because they had a few different makes/models I had been meaning to test drive and it was close to home. Anyway, I walked into the used lot and was immediately drawn to an Impreza they had there. I test drove 3 cars with Ryan and he was a really nice, no pressure kind of guy. He made sure I knew about all the cars on the lot that I may be interested in that were in my price range. We drove one car and we immediately noticed an annoying rattle and a light out from the speedy blinker. Instead of trying to talk to the car up, he agreed with me that this was less than ideal and said he'd have the shop check it out. Anyway, when I was done test driving, there was no pressure from Ryan. It was completely my idea to talk numbers on the Impreza. Negotiating the numbers with them was no hassle at all, and they dropped the price a bit and got my down payment down to what I was hoping for. They also were able to finalize my pre-approved loan rate with the local credit union even though it was 8pm. Ryan called my insurance so I could take the car home that night. Working with Ryan was more like hanging out with an old friend than dealing with your 'typical' salesman. The finance guy (Richard) was really friendly and made things super simple as well. I decided not to trade my current car in because it is worth next to nothing as a trade in, but Ryan said they would wash it while I was waiting because they have all the right tools. I declined, only because I get uncomfortable when people try to do really nice things for me...haha. Since I was on my own and had my old car with me still, Ryan offered to drive my old car back to my house even though I had already made them stay way past closing. I didn't decline that offer. After having the car for a few days now, I'm absolutely in love with it. I have zero buyer's remorse even after not having a car payment for years. I keep checking CraigsList to see what other Imprezas are for sale and I still think I got a great deal. Also, having the 60 day/3000 mile warranty has given me piece of mind since buying used cars is always nerve wracking. More

I have had good experiences in the past with Lithia dealers so I went to see what they had. I told them my budget and to my surprise the salesman, Alberto Roman showed me a great car for my budget. I was expecting the usually "well we have this for only x amount thousands more", but he listened and gave me great service and even drove it home for me. The cars great and the purchase was a breeze. More

She helped me check my list and found the perfect car for me. I left feeling like I made a good choice and that this car wound be in my life for a long time. I would go back to her every time. She wasn't pushy at all. I didn't want a "salesman" to help me because they get pushy. Kiki was there to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and helped me feel good about my purchase.
