David is a great asset to the team and I feel lucky to have had him as our salesperson. He was friendly, genuine and a great listener. He wasn't at all the way you picture car salesmen to be in your head. Not pushy. Not fake. Never lost his patience with me even when I was taking forever to decide. I felt totally comfortable around him and that's a huge deal to me. I got a great deal on a Honda and I'm thrilled with how it looks and performs. The team was efficient and the dealership was set up to make buyers feel at ease. Snacks, refreshments, even an area for kids to watch a Disney movie while their parents talk numbers. Geoff in finance was fantastic as well. Super personable and funny. He treated me with respect and courtesy and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me get what I want. Nothing ever felt like a battle. It felt like a team objective. If you're thinking of buying a car, I highly recommend swinging by this place first...you may just end up like me and end up with keys in your hand faster than you thought! More

Car sold out from under me during test drive Saw a beautiful car I liked and showed up early to take a test drive. Really enjoyed the ride and pulled in to the parking lot to put in an offer. As I pulled in, another salesperson came up rudely with an orange sticker said "the car is sold" and walked away. No "sorry" or, we will see what we can do. The salesperson for the other party obviously saw an opportunity to use my test drive as leverage to sell another customer. Low life move. Would not recommend this dealership because the climate suggested a complete lack of teamwork and ethics. More

All games and bullying No integrity We went to Lithia Subaru after calling and emailing back and forth with the sales person over a used Toyota Venza. In the emails and on the phone we We went to Lithia Subaru after calling and emailing back and forth with the sales person over a used Toyota Venza. In the emails and on the phone we were told a price of $18,000. So we came in test drove the car and said OK we'll take it. Then they found out we didn't need financing and the paperwork got picked up and the manager came out. Now apparently because we didn't want financing from them they wanted $1000 more. We refused and they said $500 more or no deal. So we showed him the email with the price agreement at $18,000. He said that was only because we mentioned a phone call stating the price which we had no proof of and he doubted had happened. We told him we were absolutely told that price on the phone and didn't back down. He very snidely said well let's just listen to the recording of that phone call and see then. He played it and he heard the salesman say they would not let the car go for "less" than $18000, the exact price we offering and they had agreed to in the email. Then manager the turned to us with a straight face and said see we told you we would not sell it for "less" than $18,000 not that we would sell it to you "for $18,000" now give us an extra $500 and we'll close this deal. We walked away. It was one of the sleaziest bait and switch moves I have ever encountered, they should be ashamed. Three days later they listed the car for $17,950. $50 under what we had offered them. Run away from this dealer. Integrity is not in their vocabulary. More
