I actually bought the car from overseas, as I was returning to live in the States, and they worked with me to send the paperwork by international courier and to allow someone else to pick it up for me. They were responsive to my questions and inquiries and helped me find just the right car for my needs, which meant reserving a car heading to Lithia on an incoming shipment. I would highly recommend using Lithia if you are interested in a Subaru. More

We ultimately did not end up buying a Subaru , but what did stand out for me was the test drive experience I had with Devon Patton at this dealership. Devon made sure that I got a good feel for the vehicle. On our route, she drove through town, back roads, and a stretch of highway that allowed me to get a feel for the acceleration and road noise. She also showed me things like turning radius and the features when backing up. All along the way, she provided valuable information about the Forester. She was also very knowledgeable, personable and patient. Not only did she answer all my questions, doing so with a smile, but she shared very interesting stories about herself along the way to help me feel at ease. I was the most relaxed with Devon than with any of the other salesperson I worked with. By far the best test drive I had during our car purchasing experience. I also wanted to mention that she was pro-active and diligent. She learned before I arrived of what we were looking for, found examples of those vehicles, and provided me with a variety of options immediately after I got there! No time wasted looking at vehicles I wasn't interested in. Thanks! More

What an unexpectedly excellent car buying experience I came in just wanting to learn more about the Legacy and Impreza as well as Subaru in general. I knew I wasn't likely going to buy a car that day. In I came in just wanting to learn more about the Legacy and Impreza as well as Subaru in general. I knew I wasn't likely going to buy a car that day. In the past, that has translated into terrible experiences, since some people only care about the sale. However, that was not the case with Patricio. He took the time to talk me through my options, take me on a test drive, and give me a price quote. He wasn't forceful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable, which has been the case before at other dealerships. I don't even care that this location is 30 mins away and that there are two closer ones. I'm going back for the excellent customer service and recommending anyone I know who's looking at Subaru to go here. More

This isn't her fault or anyone's but normal wear and tear my abs light came on and I took it and they got it fixed. Kiki helped me as far as she could joking around with her told to fill the truck didn't think she would but when I got in it to go home it was filled 👍🏻 More

Unsafe as-is used car policy I experienced a brake problem the same day of purchasing 2009 Chrysler Aspen hybrid. I noticed brake dust on the wheel when I got home from Lithia a I experienced a brake problem the same day of purchasing 2009 Chrysler Aspen hybrid. I noticed brake dust on the wheel when I got home from Lithia and the wheel was very hot. Caliper seized totally next day on way back to dealership and shut down the hybrid system. I had it towed ($75) to the service department but they said I didn't have any recourse because it had over 80k miles and it was too soon for the warranty I purchased to go into effect but they would be happy to take a look at it. They called once to get more details from me about what happened but that was the last time I heard from them. I got a call after that but from a repair shop near Lithia that said they had my car but couldn't find any thing wrong with the brakes or the rest of the car ($98). I drove it home and checked the wheel. It was cool but the rotor was hot enough to melt my fingertip (no $ just pain). I replaced the front brakes at Les Schwab ($379). No more brake problem but still having intermittent loss of power and check engine light. Very bad experience. More
