He took me on the best test drive and showed me all the features of the "eye sight", I was sold! It was my lucky day, someone special ordered and backed out! I was able to get the color and ALL the features I wanted! Roman even went the extra mile and came after hours to Gresham to pick up my Impreza, making it all a "GREAT" experience! More

He deftly guided us through the negotiation and financing process with fairness and as he likes to say "full disclosure". No nasty surprises or sneaky tactics here! The only thing that made the experience less than ideal was a somewhat strong push to purchase lifetime oil and warranty plans. Other than that small matter, we feel we got a very good deal on a nice car and can be counted as satisfied customers. More

Doesn't get any better than this!! Having purchased several new cars in the past, my experiences have ranged from horrid to good. That is, until buying a car from Lithia Subaru, which w Having purchased several new cars in the past, my experiences have ranged from horrid to good. That is, until buying a car from Lithia Subaru, which was GREAT! I used the Costco Auto program and the people at Lithia were attentive without being bothersome or pushy...and that was just the emails. Once at the showroom for a test drive, it was actually an enjoyable experience. Everyone was friendly, laid back and helpful. Once the decision was made to purchase, they gave us a very fair trade in amount for our 2010 Forester without any haggling. Even the financing/warranty selling time was relaxed and enjoyable (didn't think that was possible)! We don't plan on buying a new Subaru for another ten years, but when we do, we'll be back at Lithia! More

I immediately emailed the dealership and received a response from David with all the information I asked for only after a few minutes! I explained my situation of living 3'hours away and David gave me a great price quote to work with. The next day I made the trip to Oregon city and met with David. He had the car pulled up front and made sure it was everything I needed and answered all my questions. We were able to make a great deal that day with no added pressure and not once did he try and sell me something I wasn't interested in. David took the time to go through all the features on my new outback limited and made sure I understood how everything worked. A few days later After getting the car home I had more additional questions and was able to text/call David and receive all the info I needed. This was my first new car experience and I wouldn't think twice about where and who I would buy my next Subaru! Thanks David for helping my family get the car of dreams! More

Lithia Subaru is AWESOME! This was our third purchase from Lithia Subaru this year and each time the experience was great! Everyone at the dealership from the General Manager t This was our third purchase from Lithia Subaru this year and each time the experience was great! Everyone at the dealership from the General Manager to the Finance Manager to the Techs at the parts department that gave us our add-ons was very helpful. Above all, our sales person, Devon Patton, was FANTASTIC. She is so knowledgeable as to the details of each model and the different features they have. She was open to all of our questions and that made the test drives, which were great, so beneficial. We ended up driving a Legacy, an Outback and a Forester and at the end of the day we purchased both an Outback (for me) and a Forester (for the wife) as well as a used Outback for our son. Overall, our experience was outstanding. We are very pleased with every step in the process and everyone we interacted with during the process but at the end of the day Devon Patton is the associate we spent the most time with and she is wonderful. Be sure to ask for her when you go! More

The only thing was they said the car would be filled up (only at half a tank) and I think it could have been detailed a little better. Otherwise, the business side of things was great. More
