After calling and talking to salesman 2 times we drove 110 miles to see it. The first thing we noticed was no tonneau cover! When asked why the online picture had one and now it didn't we were told "well, we had 3 bajas in here and a previous sale probably wanted the cover so we removed it and put it on that one". Yet they did not change the online photo. What a waste of time. More

She was by far the most helpful and regularly contacted us with information on the new cars we were interested in, offering to have them ready to test drive if we called ahead. She was very professional, seemed to always have our interests at heart, and was very thorough about extra options. You don't have to buy them but if you drive your cars 7 or more years, the are worth considering. Everyone else at the dealership was also great. Geoff Eades did a good job of covering all the paperwork, financing, etc. so we understood it. More

New Car Purchase It was time to update our family car. We've had a 1996 Subaru Legacy wagon for 14 of it's 20 year life span. When we purchased this car used, it had It was time to update our family car. We've had a 1996 Subaru Legacy wagon for 14 of it's 20 year life span. When we purchased this car used, it had 30,000 miles and as of today it is still running strong with 209,000 miles. But, like all things, it was time for an upgrade. I've been researching Subaru's for some time, and with an offering of 0% financing, I decided it was time to jump on it. We purchased a new 2017 Subaru outback Limited, and so far I couldn't be more pleased. It has more bells and whistles then our other Subi, but I guess it's time to catch up to the new age of Subaru. We went through the Costco car buying program, and was pleased to show up to the dealership (from Central Oregon), to have David Meltzer ready with our new car. Considering I haven't bought a new car for a very long time, I pleased with the overall process. Thank you Lithia Subaru for helping us buy our next family car, and we hope to put another 209,000 or more miles on this Subi too! More

When we found one that we liked, she was able to negotiate with us for a price that was reasonable. Our last Lithia vehicle is still running three years strong, so it is definitely worth it to get the lifetime oil change. More

Its says a lot about a dealership when you bring your grandmother in :) We were referred to Devon for her demeanor and knowledge and she exceeded our expectations. My grandma is in love with her new car and feels good about the deal. The buying process only took about an hour, and was painless...we never felt pressured and Devon knows everything there is to know about Subarus! Would definitely recommend Devon and Lithia Subaru!! More
