Fast and fair purchase process I called ahead about the car I was interested in, and Devon had it up front waiting for me, when I arrived. She was patient during my frequent phone calls (to review the details with my wife), and helped secure a deal that I felt great about. Geoff was able to pull together the financial paperwork super quickly, and took the time to answer all of my questions, along the way. I felt extremely comfortable with each part of the transaction. In the end, Devon even took time to follow me all the way back to my house in SW Portland, to pick up the title I didn't have with me. It was far out of her way, but she & Litihia Subaru went the (literal) extra mile, to make sure that I didn't have to drive back! Thanks for the great experience, Lithia! More
