The Outback has many features I was not familiar with. He took his time and when I left I felt very comfortable that I made the right purchase. I have bought many cars in my life but by far David, more than any other salesman, made sure I knew all about my car and answered all my questions. For that I am greatful! On top of that I know I was given a very good deal! What more could one ask for? More

Many in the service department know me by sight and remember my needs and quirks. They help remember my problem visit from before and ask me about it the next time. When I am frustrated, they help me feel better. I can text my Sales guy and he responds quickly, even for simple questions. Gary and Sean are the greatest in the Service department.....they always have my back. Jarred is the greatest in Sales in that he is TOTALLY honest with me and goes the whole way (sales process) with me without pushing! MY TEAM! Thanks Guys! More

David Meltzer was awesome. First time car buyer here. I'm a college student and I had been looking all over to find my first used car. Everywhere I went, I felt pressured or rushed. The Subaru dealers I'm a college student and I had been looking all over to find my first used car. Everywhere I went, I felt pressured or rushed. The Subaru dealership in Oregon City had a used car that fit all of my requirements their lot. I set up an appointment to see the car the very next day. I was able to get an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. I met with David and he showed me a few cars. He didn't rush me. He was also very knowledgeable and gave his honest opinions, which is something I really appreciated. I had a pretty low to medium budget and I didn't feel judged for it. David was willing to work with me and he was super patient. He understood that I was car shopping by myself and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything. The whole process went smoothly with him and the signing of paperwork for the finance department. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and made the experience even better. I ended up purchasing my first car. It's been a few weeks since I got it and I love it! More

You know who rocks... excellent advice I feared I needed a new battery, based on some issues my 2015 Forrester was having. Gary Chartier talked me through the issues, the battery-testing p I feared I needed a new battery, based on some issues my 2015 Forrester was having. Gary Chartier talked me through the issues, the battery-testing procedure and my options. Based on my previous experiences here at Lithia (where I bought my car and have it serviced regularly), I fully trusted what Gary told me and therefore I accepted his recommendation that no battery is needed. Additionally, he was able to take me through the clock-re-settig procedure in a way that I could understand! (All that toggling is not intuitive!) A++ to Gary. Overall, I have been very pleased with all my visits to Lithia. There is not an ounce of condescension or impatience towards someone (a woman) who has, shall we say, limited aptitude with cars and technology. Everything is clearly and respectfully communicated. Information is presented in a timely fashion. Service is efficient and complete, and not rushed. More
love my subaru David, helped me trade in my car for a brand new car! The model I wanted wasn't available at their lot so it had to be transferred. Although, the whole process took 6-7 hrs (trading, purchasing, waiting for the car to get here)! I was happy to go home with my new car. The only issue I had was that they didn't offer a rental car for you to go home and wait, so my fiance and I had to get a lyft to take us home and come back when the car was ready. Offering that service would of been a plus. Also, going through the checklist after getting my car seemed like a drag. He repeated things he had already told me during the test drive. Don't get me wrong, I appreciated him being thorough, but after being there the whole day, I just wanted to leave. I also didn't appreciate that he would be on his phone checking his facebook. Because at that moment, I had no patience. Overall, my experience at the dealership with David was good. But, I definitely would recommend them concentrating on their customer service side. He understood my need to be on the road that day, and secured me a loaner car in record time, as well as putting my fears with my own car to ease. Overall his team, and colleagues (Special shout out to Sam who I spoke on the phone to!) did a great job helping me out :) More
