Some dealers might have classed me as a "tire kicker" and paid little attention to me. Devon was patient, responsive, respectful and never pushed me. She did not hassle me in any way. I appreciated her personal input on different models and various options on the cars. She was super knowledgeable about all the models. Each time I met with her or texted her, I felt like she had plenty of time to address my concerns, that I was personally important.
