I have texted and called him with questions and he has been incredible helpful, professional and always follows through with every detail. Cory Fay always asks how everything is going and makes sure I am taken care of. Paul Schublin has been a close acquaintance for many years and is my go to guy for accessories for my new Subaru. Love Mark!! Mark is a good communicator. When I contacted him about pricing and availability via email he responded quickly, answered questions and when I said I Mark is a good communicator. Lithia's price was the best in the Portland area. Other dealers warned me that it was probably a bait and switch and when I went to buy the car the price would increase. Well, it didn't. Love my new Outback and would send friends to Mark. Also, Cory (Sales manager) and Daniel (Finance manager) were great! Made the whole process fun and effortless. Thanks fellas!! More

Excellent service! This was my daughters first experience in buying a new car. She asked me to accompany her mainly for moral support. She went through the Costco Auto P This was my daughters first experience in buying a new car. She asked me to accompany her mainly for moral support. She went through the Costco Auto Program, which I had done myself, to give herself a smoother and simpler buying experience. David Meltzer was the sales representative and he was extremely helpful and patient with her and very informative in explaining the buying process. During the test drive of the vehicle she was interested in, he explained how everything worked on all of the dash controls and how to fully get the best experience results of all of the features that came with the vehicle. He was very thorough in explaining everything to her. Upon making the decision to purchase the vehicle, he presented her with various options as to financing and buying the vehicle. In closing the deal, he stayed past the closing time of the dealership to make sure everything was finalized and helped her procure a loaner car while she waited for her vehicle to arrive (since she had traded in her older vehicle) which took a week before she could pick up her new car. Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new Subaru. More

Trish was great when I brought my mom with me to test drive the outback a second time before purchasing it. She was very friendly and very personable. She made the decision to buy the car even easier because I didn't feel pressured and I feel like she went out of the way to give me the best deal possible. More
Bait and SWITCH I went in there on the Costco program, they located the car for me at the Costco price with the features that I wanted. They sent me home in a loaner until they got my car in. Then they delivered me a completely different car. They shoved me out the door and sent me home. On my way home I discovered that the car I was driving did not have several options that I was supposed to get. They charged me for a more expensive car then what they gave me! I called them and they were not able to make it right. After 4 days I returned the car at their request instead of them adding the additional options that were missing (a $300 cost to them). So they would rather lose a customer instead of making it right. This actually worked out better for me, I went to Gresham Subaru, where I got the exact car I wanted, for a FAR better price. I will never recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone, ever. More

We happened upon the lot on a fluke, having already set an appointment at CarMax to make final negotiations on a different car. We just wanted to look at newer Suburu sedan models at this particular lot. Trish listened to our concerns/questions, and pointed us to the car we'd just test drove up the block at an actual Kia dealership. This Kia was in much better shape, and though the price was slightly above our mark, we still went ahead with it (because it is still within our budget). I just liked the whole atmosphere at this dealership. Didn't feel harried or like employees were looking at us like shark bait. That was cool. Scott Keller was also great. Professional and efficient, the financing went through without a snag. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend others try this lot. I plan to get that Suburu Legacy Sedan (aka The Delorean) in the near future, God Wlling. More
