Best car buying experience ever. I met Patricio Soler at the car show and met with him at the dealership. I used the USAA car buying service and Patricio was well versed in that program and made the process painless. We found the car I wanted and settled on the deal. Again, painless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When it was time to finish the paperwork and take the car, Patricio was not available but Ryan Love stepped right in and didn't miss a beat. The paperwork part of the deal was just as painless, and quite entertaining, as Ryan walked us through and completed in a timely fashion. Ryan made sure my new Outback was cleaned and filled with gas (SURPRISE!) Richard Norwood made the final stages of the purchase paperwork and signing as easy as the rest of the experience. Will definitely recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone we know buying a new or used vehicle, and if all of the different entities of the Lithia company are like this one, we'll recommend all the different dealerships under the Lithia umbrella. Wonderful new car, great service. We have been looking for a used Subaru Outback, since the one we had purchased new in 1999 was ready for an upgrade. Checked with many dealers and wa We have been looking for a used Subaru Outback, since the one we had purchased new in 1999 was ready for an upgrade. Checked with many dealers and was ready to go to another dealership when I checked one more time on the Lithia Subaru website. Found a new/used car that was just listed and sounded perfect. Called to reserve the car and drove out to see it. Ryan greeted us and took us for a test drive. It was an awesome car and perfect for us! Amazingly it was only 3 months old and still had warranty and didn't even look like it had been ever used. We received an amazing deal with a great price and even took our old car as a trade in. Working with Ryan was great, low key, chatty and even humorous at times. We were not pressured in a negative way, just given the options that were available. When we saw Richard to do the financial paperwork, he worked with our credit union and we got the best deal with no extra effort on our part. We love our new car and are now reading the manuals to figure out all the goodies that came as standard equipment, especially the back up camera and hands free phone.
